Used the drive through. Ordered foot long chili dog with onions and a Greek salad. The chili dog had no onions and there was a mystery look to part of the chili. The Greek salad was excellent . Cashier seems pleasant, but my order was not correct.

I had to travel from Southwest Houston to this location. It seems like they are closing many locations in the greater Houston area. I like to get the classic chili cheese dog with the mystery red sauce. It’s like a watered down Chamoy sauce that pairs really good with the hot dogs. Be sure to try the Beef Sliders. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

You wouldn’t think it so but the hot dogs here are really good, and sometimes a hot dog is a nice way to mix things up over a burger. The toppings and even variety of buns make things more interesting than typical fast food, and it’s not as greasy. Underrated American food chain. The inside also has nice retro seating that is clean and comfortable.

Very clean restaurant, and the lady who served us was very nice and friendly. My wife ordered the James Cheeseburger combo with fries, and she thought it was good. I ordered the Nolan Ryan Grand Slam Sliders with tater tots, and they were pretty good! Our food was made fresh. We were able to grab a table with the upholstered chairs which were surprisingly comfortable. Thumbs up!!

What happened to JCI? Locations closing all over town. Probably because the food used to be be delicious. Now it taste like terrible, overpriced cafeteria food. It’s just kind of pathetic now. How can you make the food taste this basic? It just doesn’t hit like it used to, and I’m pretty sure that’s why everyone used to love it. I don’t think I can ever go back to JCI again. Unless they completely go back to old school and start a new campaign to go back to what they used to be, I can’t go back.
