Umm… yea, not their best moment. The burger had okay flavor. The bun looked like someone sat on it then threw it at the wall. Customer service was just about as bad as it gets. They ignored us 80% of the time, wouldn’t make eye contact when we talked to them, and it took them 10-15 minutes to bring out 2 combos IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. Maybe next time don’t put Dulce R in the drive through window.

Lines are too long here and a 30 minute wait for a regular burger and fries is excessive. Granted, it’s the day after Christmas and “family night”. For real though, this is Utah in one place: screaming children, every family is coming in with at least five kids if not more. It’s insane. For that reason, the place isn’t that clean and too noisy. The shakes were super great and I loved the fries. But the service could be better for sure. Also, WAY overpriced for the quality. A few chunks of white lettuce in my burger, none of it was very fresh or green, was disappointing. And it was $10!

This location has never been solid. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before getting my food. Once we got home we discovered they put an open ranch container upside down in my daughter’s bag – everything was soaked. And to add insult to injury, I got shorted on my basket of fries.

Went through the drive through around 3:30pm and was the only one. I ordered 1 kids meal w bacon on the burger. Waited ten minutes while the cars behind me piled up and one got their order and left. I waited a few minutes longer before asking if they could check what taking so long. Waited a few more minutes and finally got my kids meal, with NO bacon, mustard only and cold French fries. I was pretty frustrated and probably won’t go back.

This was the first time I have been here and my kids and I enjoyed it so much. The burgers tasted great. The chicken was good but definitely dry even with sauce so that was a bummer but other than that the service was great and the food was pretty good.
