This WAS my favorite pizza place in Ephrata… I’ve been ordering from them for WELL over 10 years, and often at that. Today I ordered a white pizza w ham and pineapple, and half bacon and a cheese pizza. I asked for them to be delivered between 645 and 7. The pizzas showed up at 710, and there was 3. The cheese pizza was correct, but the other 2 were not. What I got was a red pizza exactly with the toppings u ordered, and a white pizza exactly as ordered, but they added ricotta cheese…. I called and told them of the problem, and they said they could do nothing as the 2nd person I spoke to upon ordering said i didn’t say no ricotta…. well, why did one of them come without it then??!?!? All I wanted was what I actually ordered, not 2 variations of around what I ordered. This isn’t the first mistake over the decade or so, but give grace when it’s due they have always made it right in the past, but this time, nope. Kinda sad to know that I can’t count on them anymore. Truly, they had the best flavor around.

No eat in so gave no score for atmosphere. Food quality is high. Each Italian place has their own style for sure. This place has pizza with very flavorful sauce, same for cheesesteaks. Italian subs are solid and high quality. Salad are also very good. House dressing is fantastic. This place is in our usual rotation of delivery places.

The food is good n for the most part so is everything else, my main complaint is everytime I order my son a ham n cheese sub I specify n reiterate at least 3-4 times to whoever is taking my order to please please please make sure there is no lettuce, tomato, n onions on the sub n I’m always told that there will be no veggies on there yet the last several times I’ve ordered my request has been ignored n the sub comes w all the veggies on it. Thank goodness my son isn’t allergic to any of those but what if someone was allergic n u guys just ignore there request??? If this was a 1 off instance then I wouldn’t mind as much but it’s been an issue the last several times I’ve ordered. Along w other small instances like requesting blue cheese n getting ranch instead.

We ordered from here for the first time last night and it was so, so good- it might be our new favorite pizza spot. The crust was perfect, the toppings were generous, the chicken was really good. Actually I’m a little surprised we hadn’t thought to order here before, but we will definitely keep doing so.

This is the best pizza/Italian shop in town hands down!! Delivery is prompt. The service is excellent. When you step into the store it’s everything you would expect for a busy pizza shop. The sights the sounds, the smells and taste are excellent. The portions are generous and you definitely get your money’s worth.

We called in our takeout order for sandwiches and they were ready ahead of time. Good job! My chicken gizmo was very tasty with large pieces of meat and good flavor . On the other hand, my wife’s eggplant parm was dry (needed more marinara sauce) and the eggplant tasted like the frying oil was old (should have been replaced already). We also noticed the red checked food wrap paper was placed with the colored side to the sandwiches which caused the red ink to transfer to the bread. On the positive side, the bread is the perfect combination of softness, flavor and texture. I would hope these issues can be resolved easily. We will look to hear a reply from the owners.

Ordered a cheeseburger sub 2 weeks ago no veggies, dry and the lady on the other end of the phone did not understand what that meant so this week asked for sub with burger and cheese only, got the sandwich in a fry container with no bread. Also asked for a pazzo special and had to change the order because they thought it was a pizza not a sub. They don’t know their own menu.. will be looking for a new goto after all these years.

Delicious food! They have amazing salads that are packed full of meat, delicious subs with the best bread rolls, and their pizza is delicious, seasoned with the perfect amount of cheese! The French fries are usually short a few fries in the container but are still delicious!
