I went there to get some nice treats for my husband’s birthday on same day, good looking pastries but taste refrigerated and very old, the cheese cake was even hard, we could not get a second bite. I also bought soup as part of my next lunch, the soup is fine but same thing with the bread, refrigerated taste and old.

Delicious, cozy, understated local gem. It is more than a typical cafe. I had the braised short ribs; they melted in my mouth! An excellent meal– half the price and better than an appetizer just a few doors down. This neighborhood spot has a friendly staff– Sofia & Lauren had great recommendations. With good eats, affordable prices and sweet vibe, I’ll be back. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. So glad to find Jean-Jacques.

Had my younger daughter’s college graduation party at Jean-Jacques’ Culinary Creations….what an absolutely fantastic event! Great place for brunch. My friend and I went for the first time and we were amazed by how vast the selection is. Casual environment with friendly staff. I was able to talk to the owner at the register and she welcomed us. She came to our table and gave us free cookies which was very nice. We really appreciate the hospitality. Food is good but I’ve noticed that service to minorities is subpar and doesn’t feel welcoming. Today the food we ordered was not heated up, we had to do so at home and we asked repeatedly for the bacon to be separated from the order since we have vegetarians at home, but all French toast orders had bacon on top. I called to discuss with the establishment before writing the review and there was no offer to redo the order to separate the bacon, just ‘I’m sorry about that’. Time to start bringing our business to other establishments.

I had my baby shower at Jean-Jacques’ and everything was perfect! Jens was helpful and accommodated all our needs. We wanted pastries instead of cake and Jens delivered on creating gorgeous and delicious mini pastries. On the day of, Donna provided amazing support and kept the event running smoothly. The food is always outstanding. I had about 35 guests and every single one said “this is the best brunch I’ve ever had” (especially the quiche!) with all sincerity. 10/10 would recommend.
