The food was extremely amazing. Big portions of everything. Fairly good biscuits and gravy. Really good pork meat. French fries had a hair in it. Not the end of the world but it happens.

French toast was great. My husband had the garbage omelet. He absolutely loved it. The place was very clean. The staff was great, except they never brought the final bill over, so we went up and paid. There was dinner plate sized pancakes on the menu. Lol. You get two pancakes with it . Prices reasonable.

We went here for breakfast Saturday. The food was very good, a little pricier than what we expected. BUT, here’s the downfall. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. Our server, didn’t tell us her name, she got our drinks, took our order and we never saw her again until I went to pay the bill. I had to ask another server if they brought us the check and she told me it was around the corner. She never once checked to see if our food was OK or the we even got what we ordered. If you want good service, I recommend you DON’T go here. Not to sure we will be back.

Good food & shady practices. Lovely biscuits. But every time we eat here there is a different price & random surcharges.1st few times it would be a random $1 or 2. But the final strike was having a random $5 smacked on our bill. On top of that you don’t get an itemized bill before paying so you go in blind. Not to mention they don’t provide receipts.. the older Spanish woman with curly hair never comes back for refills etc. Sadly we won’t be returning

I was in downtown Eustis having some work done on my car and needed somewhere to grab breakfast while I waited. While there are plenty of restaurants for lunch and dinner, and Eustis didn’t seem to be any diners, but right before I gave up I found Jeannies place and I am very glad that I did. The staff is very funny. I had the corn beef hash omelette with hash browns that were nice and crispy. The next time I need breakfast in Eustis this is definitely where I will be coming.

We’ve lived in Eustis for a little over a year, and I’m sorry I JUST found this place. Very friendly staff. Immediate seating. Food was quick. My wife and I both ordered omelettes and they were lighter on the egg and PACKED with ingredients. Our daughter got the pancake breakfast and was given 2 giant pancakes with 2 giant pieces of sausage as well.

This is a “Hidden Gem”. First time here. The staff here are very sweet, and the food…. We loved it! Props to the cook(s)! We will be bringing back friends to eat here. The pancake was bigger than the plate it came on” the FLOATING pancake “ . Everything we ate was very good.

Never again ! Eggs super undercooked , grits like soup and the biscuits and gravy were some of the worst Iv had from any restaurant. Hardy’s has them beat by a long shot if that says anything . Food was also super bland and barley warm . Not worth the money. Oh I almost forgot my pancake was like a comforter , Iv had steaks more tinder . I wouldn’t recommend!
