It might look like the typical roadside diner, but quality and portion size of the food is anything but typical. I ordered the hamburger steak. It came with a side salad. I’ve if the better side salads I’ve ever had. Lots of dressing selections, cake with onions, tomatoes and plenty of cheese. My hamburger steak was huge. I am a big guy and I couldn’t finish half of my plate. Everything has a great flavor. The service was superb and staff were super friendly. I will be stopping back in if I ever pass that way again.

Just what I had been looking for. A family style restaurant in a small town. I get so tired of eating it plastic diners or fast food joints. The ladies from the church group who all went to church together and then had lunch there every Sunday after church were enjoying their visit and the atmosphere was excellent. Reminded me of when I was a kid in a small town. I had a hot roast bean sandwich and a salad with blue cheese dressing. If I had to complain about something I would have to say that the gravy might have been a little salty other than that everything was wonderful. Enjoyable meal enjoyable place to eat it if I have a chance to come back up through here I will definitely stop there again…

It’s always a refreshing stop. Highly recommend this restaurant. Be prepared for a country style atmosphere and service. Don’t be shy yall your in the country now. We enjoy having conversations with our neighbors while we wait for supper, and don’t be afraid to join in.

Ever see a tiny cafe in an out-of-the-way place in a movie where the locals come to eat a delicious meal, and wish you could enjoy such an experience? This is that place. It’s not a high-end establishment, and we aren’t talking about a Michelin star experience, but rather a down home experience that you’ll enjoy as though a family member made it. The kids are treated as kids, the adults as adults, and everyone feels at home here. We had a steak, a couple of kids dishes, and I had the sliced roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy. I kinda wish I had ordered a steak like my wife did, because the temperature was spot on, the meat tender, and the best flavor I’ve had in a long while. I also had a bowl of chili. Chunky, flavorful, and enjoyed by everyone at the table. Even the little things you take for granted, were wonderful, such as the fresh baked (and hot) rolls. The only thing that I wished was different, was the amount of food served. It is the amount you should be eating, but it is so good that you’ll wish there was more of it. Well, order seconds! There were a few of the locals in there when we were there, and they began speaking with us. I’m originally from East Texas where conversations with strangers is not strange at all, so this was a very warm, welcoming occurrence. My family and I will stop in each time we pass through the area from now on.

It was delightful! Friendly fast service with plenty of regular customers that make you feel welcome. Good place to eat if your hungry and traveling on Hwy 287. We got the chicken salad sandwich and Turkey Swiss melt.

I love this place. Conveniently located just 1024 miles outside of Chicago and dripping with culture! People don’t realize that Hugo is the art capital of Colorado-and it shows in Jeans sandwiches! Where else can you get a half of a club, half a grilled cheese or half of a BLT!? You wont find that at Denny’s! And if you’re thinking of frozen corn dogs, think of Jeans! You wont find a better one for miles! Except for at Osborne’s. But if you do that, you wont get to meet the locals! And at Jeans, there are 5 or 6 ’em just waitin’ to say things like, “You ain’t from around here, are ya?” or “Yer shirts on backwards.” A cheerful bunch that will be happy to tell you how to get to the Lincoln Country Public Health office or to fill up your tractor. So come on down. We dont have wifi, but we do have a magazine rack for your convenience.

Always a great Meal at Jeans. Miss Charlotte runs a tight ship. The food is hot, delicious, and the people are friendly. This visit was a couple of eggs over easy, hash browns, and sausage. The breakfast burrito is also my sons favorite.
