This place is no longer open. Ms. Jeans was located in the school, but she closed it in October 2022. We found out the hard way by driving 30 minutes to get there. Not sure how there are people on here reviewing it from a few hours ago saying “come here”…don’t, the place isn’t here! Someone needed to post this, because the misinformation is highly confusing.

I saw the episode they did with Gordon Ramsay. I was pleased to find that they were still open. I called and was happy that someone answered the phone. But, to my dismay, it seems that customer service is still lacking. When I called, a man answered the phone very rudely. He said, “Jeans.” Then I asked, “Is this Ms. Jeans?” And he said, “Yea, whatddya want?”

I needed food last minute for 50 guests over the weekend. Jean was amazing! Took my order over the phone and had everything ready 2 days later. The food was delicious. Everyone loved it and the prices were affordable. I will definitely be ordering again especially for catering!!

I tried this place 3 times. Never again. Drove 30 minutes just to go there. Called before I got there, they said they were open. 30 minutes later I arrive and they’re closed. One time got there when they opened. The open sign was on, the website said they were open, door was locked at 1:15pm. These people are extremely unprofessional. I’ll continue to drive a little further to Gibsons. Their food is better anyways and they have great customer service.

Food is good when they’re actually open or not sold out. The last few times I tried to order they took the money and canceled the order. When I contacted the delivery service I was told the restaurant wasn’t even open. The time before that the explanation was “they might’ve ran out.”
