Food was good. I waited 15 mins for a refill on my soda. The rest of my table got refills before me. We tried the Buffalo wings sauce, parmesean garlic and Philly balls. The chili cheese tots were great!!

Came for the first time, drove across town from Oregon only to be very disappointed. Terrible curbside appeal which should of have been the first clue. Walked in and the floors were sticky and gross. Restaurant wasn’t very clean and bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Ordered two apps which were decent but your typical fried pickles and hot cheese balls. Ordered two orders of wings and order of fungus balls. Wings came out hot but fungus balls barely had any cheese and the most slimy cold mushrooms I’ve ever seen minus the fact that there we’re probably maybe 5 of them on the dish. Asked the waitress to take them back which she did only to return with them and say the managers said she can’t take them off the bill because he said they were fresh mushrooms. Unsure how they were fresh when they were black and slimy. Besides the fact that he should of came and asked what was wrong but never did he could of offered something different maybe. It’s not very often we return our food but this was just awful tasting. Never seen or spoke to the manager at all but he or she needs to take a good look at that filthy restaurant and poor customer service. So upsetting that I wasted our time to support someone new

Me and my family have Jed’s about once a month. We just had it last night. The good is great an the owner is really cool and takes the time to have a conversation with you. We usually order to go but the remodel turned out really nice. Stop in and check them out I can GUARANTEE you won’t be disappointed.

First time here. The young waitress was very nice. The first impression was not good. The floors needed cleaned. I had to remove my chicken chunks from the flood of sauce from the very wet coleslaw. Made the trip here because the Jed’s in Findlay closed…I am a bit underwhelmed. The food just wasn’t what I expected.

Had great service. Taylor was amazing and could do only what she could do. Ordered the Hangover Balls and only got three pieces of peppers and no bacon on it. Asked for some on the side and was told the cook probably won’t have time for it. Gave it 20 min and never got any. Never again.

We have been here many times hoping the next will be better because it’s close to home but we are again wrong! The waitress had to ask permission this time if we could even have jalapeños on the side vs in the food and the manager told her no, she in turn stated we either have them or don’t! Worst service ever! This establishments only cares about the bar and not the food! There are better places out there with better food, chicken, and waitresses who are not drunk trying to take your order! Third times a charm, we will not be back!

I don’t know how to be fair with this. It’s clear they are understaffed. The 1 Bartender did a pretty good job of taking care of the whole place. The food is good. The Wings went up to $15 though they didn’t say anything and every menu still says $11, see photo. If you change your prices you need to change your menu or pull them. I don’t believe this is good business practice and it makes me not trust this location.
