I’ve had ribs all over, been to some of the best bbq restaurants in the country. How am I not enjoying any of these top in the nation bbq joints? I realized, it must just be me. I just don’t like bbq, I gave up. I kept hearing about Jeffersons ribs, and even the mayor is having a hard time getting his hands on some! Time after time, people were raving about his ribs. I came in today for a stuffed philly, he had a rack left so I grabbed that too. I really didn’t have high expectations, because I was always let down.

They are selling old ribs. Owner is rude and think about he is the only one in world to cook and sell ribs. Very bad experience. Do not suggest to visit this place. Very bad, unhealthy atmosphere.

Best ribs I ever ate anywhere. The sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and smoky. They was even good the next day when I warmed up the leftovers. The potato salad and beans was top notch too.

Best ribs plate probably in Mississippi! Big Facts! The potato salad fire and I don’t even like potato salad. The beans so fire omg! Who ever back there cooking should be ashamed of themselves for making it that good! I’ve been all over the US eating BBQ and this is number 1 so far. The store looks owned by middle easterns but they are not cooking. It’s separate. A black man back there cooking. The fried chicken looks so good bi I didn’t try it but next time ima get sum with bbq sauce on it

Amazing BBQ! Before I moved to Memphis it was a regular spot and when I come home my parents always ask for it. It’s been sold out (show you how popular it is) every time I come but today I made sure I was first in line and got it fresh. It beats every place I’ve tried here in Memphis ♀️.
