First time here. We ordered appetizers and drinks. The guacamole was overly doused with lime juice. The fried mushrooms were over cooked. My beer was ice cold though and friends cherry limeade was very tasty! Our server was fantastic! My shoes encountered chips that had dropped to the floor underneath the table (sweep after each seating?). All in all, a MEH experience.

Everything we got food wise was good, but definitely room for improvement. Our server was great, but overall, the host station and other servers seemed very confused and disorganized and it wasn’t that busy. The oysters we got were good, but very very small and we felt they did not reflect the price at all. My wife ordered the hamburger steak dinner which surprisingly did not come with any kind of gravy and even the server agreed that it is needed.

Great spot. Great food. Great vibe. Great beer. What’s there not to love about Jefferson’s? It’s nothing crazy fancy, but it works and is consistently great. I prefer the downtown location, but my most recent experience at the West location is making me reconsider!!

Got seated right away for lunch on a Saturday. We were waited on promptly and food arrived in a timely manner. Chicken strips are pretty good! Not much flavor on the breading, but if your dipping sauces, that works well so your not battling flavors.

It was our first time eating here. My son ordered chicken tenders and fries.His chicken was to hard he could not chew it. He ate his fries. I had a Swiss burger and fries my hamburger was overcooked could not chew most of it. My husband had to tell the waitress he need more pop. His glass was empty. My husband told the waitress about my son’s chicken and all the waitress said was oh. Bad customer service she should of done something to make right. She didn’t care. We will never come back again.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. My husbands order was completely wrong and unbearable to eat because of the spicy wing sauce. The waitress didn’t check on us until 40 minutes after our food arrived. The “manager” offered 25% off of the meal my husband couldn’t even eat. The manager told the waitress if we had a problem to go up front and speak with her-we eventually negotiated to 30%. The kitchen was “closed” so we couldn’t re order.. she then up-charged the dinner on the ticket so when she took off the 30% it was the original price.. We only knew after asking for an itemized receipt. The manager was rude, mannerless and confrontational. I wish I knew her name to make a more formal complaint.

The wings we ordered were decent. Server was ok. Not a big fan of nailing dollar bills to the wall. I know that they are trying to create an ambiance thing but defacing American currency does not feel right to me. The thing I liked most about the trip was the appetizer.
