I would rate this place 3.5 stars. The place is really cute and colorful. The food was good, I just had 3 sliders with waffle fries. However, the prices are insane. Way too expensive. They also add 18% gratuity automatically if you dine in, no matter the size of the party. I wouldn’t necessarily come back here just because of the prices. But I did like how bright and colorful it looks, I’m sure kids would love it here.

I just took my daughter here for her birthday as she loves fries and milkshakes. The restaurant is okay decoration wise however, what is the point of having a cute set up and rude employees. The people that work there are not welcoming. The young lady that “took care of us” came to bring the order and when we said thank you her response was mmhmm which is super rude. They never brought out the water we asked for. The lady had a face of an attitude the whole time. She asked us if we were good from a far. My husband ordered a to go special however the rest of us was dining in so he decided to eat his meal and the lady tells him that next time he cannot eat there because it messes up their money due to the gratuity when regardless you are getting one with the rest of the things we ordered which I don’t believe it was well deserved because nothing about the time there was gratifying. Will never go back.

Who loves pork? Pork chops to be exact. I figured I’d try something different.

My friend recommended us to go there. It was my daughter’s birthday. The ambience of the place was really beautiful and was kid friendly. The food was overly priced and the customer service was not so great. They were not friendly or a feeling of welcoming, however they did slap on an automatic 18% gratuity which I find was insane. They charge you for everything literally. We ordered sliders and they charged for tomatoes and they charged for lettuce. I thought those things were supposed to be apart of a burger. I then asked the lady for to go trays which was right in her face, she told me hold on and went in the back room. I just reached over and took two. They charged for the candle that they used for her birthday which was crazy or at least say something. I had to keep on getting up and asking for things. They did not check on us at all. They just gave us the food and that’s it.

They charge so much for tiny food. it was so hot inside. Flies flying all over my food the cheese and chicken patillos tasted like it was fried in old grease yuck.. not worth the amount of money being spent.

I should’ve listened to the negative reviews… Firstly, they did not seat us even though seats were clearly available and let us stand outside in the cold. We even had a reservation. Secondly, the food was just frozen food that was reheated however to note the fries were very good. That is where the positives end. The rest was a nightmare. The food in general was ludicriously expensive. You have to pay $5 to swap your fries to curly or waffle. Also side note it is $3 for lettuce on a slider…The milkshakes are $16 per person? 50% of the milkshake was whipped cream. The tip (18%!!?) was forced on the bill & they TAXED the tip which I’m pretty sure is illegal. The experience leaves way more to be desired & the prices do not match the quality & service given.

I went today with a party of 8 people, 4 of us showed up before everyone else and we were told that we cannot be seated without everyone being in attendance for the reservation. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the restaurant wasn’t half empty and if it wasn’t cold outside. When we were seated and got our food the only things on my platter that was actually good was the fries and lemon pepper wings. Out of my entire platter with mozzarella sticks, fries, chicken tenders and wings only two things were good? Let me get into the food, the mozzarella sticks were literally worse than what you can get from a school lunch. It tasted like it was fried in old oil and frozen. Then the barbecue wings were hard and tough and just tasted old. There’s a problem when one type of wing tastes fresh and isn’t tough or hard and the other type is. Now the milkshakes were decent but not worth the $17. The milkshake isn’t full the entire way its mainly whipped cream and candy they put on top. The prices are crazy for a place that sells mainly finger food. Why do I have to pay an extra $3 for each topping I would like added to my sliders. If I want to add lettuce or tomatoes to a slider that $6 added on to my already $13 order. Or pay an extra $5 to change the type of fries I want? That is actually ridiculous, if I’m paying for low quality food that I can probably find better in a supermarket freezer section, the prices should be way lower. Also the service was nothing special, the workers seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. We were given plastic utensils, bottled/canned drinks and little paper containers to use as plates. Now for the décor the seats at the tables are very uncomfortable there’s no cushions and some of them are just solid metal. For 8 people the total came out to around $450 including the tip. While were on subject of the tip it wasn’t optional it was a mandatory 18% added on to your total. Also you cant split the check for some reason, one person has to pay for the entire meal.
