It was our first visit so the set up was new to us. They had counter service and after we ordered found a seat among several dirty tables. My husband ordered a coke and the machine wasn’t working, when he told the woman at the counter she just shrugged. There was no apology or effort to offer something else so he paid for a drink he never received. When the server brought our pizza she didn’t bring any plates or forks. I guess we were supposed to eat from the tray. When my husband went to ask for some the server was very rude. The only positive here was the pizza was delicious, the hand tossed crust was light and fluffy. There are too many other options for us where we can get both good food and good service. We won’t be back

Customer service for a phone carry out was fabulous, food was less than par. Pizza was slightly overcooked, little to know sauce and little to no cheese. Maybe someone was having an off day. Not likely to order again.

Absolutely terrible food. Tasted and looked like it was picked out of the dumpster from out back. My husband ordered a milk shake which was served to him as a cup of peanut butter literally. The waitress then made a second one to fix the first one and brought him another cup of peanut butter. We had a bite a piece from both sandwiches and were still made to pay full price. They should be shut down with the rat I saw come out of kitchen. Thanknyou.

Outstanding customer service! I live out of state and called to order pizzas for my dad’s birthday to be delivered to his assisted living facility. They not only delivered but added an extra dessert pizza in the shape of crown. Made my dad feel like a king and made my day!
