I’m not sure what some of the posters are talking about. The food and service was very good. I had the works omelet. The rye toast was soft and not dried out (I asked for well buttered and got it). The coffee WAS weak but most coffee is weak for my taste.

I understand this is a truck stop, but when I ordered a burger I assumed it was going to be an actual burger. It was a frozen meat pattie like the ones you buy bulk at the discount store. I didn’t even take one bite. The turkey sandwich was rubbery and looked like Oscar Meyer. 3 stars for their amazing fries and my husband says I should not rate 1 star for greasy truck stop food because everyone knows it’s such. The meat though, I just can’t and for the price I could of had fresh food somewhere else.

Called in a to go order. When I picked it up they didn’t welcome me in and barely acknowledged me. When I came back inside to ask for a fork and some ketchup the waitress was giving me dirty looks like how dare I even ask for something to eat my food with. Food was BLAND! No flavor whatsoever! I got chicken fried steak and eggs and French toast and it tastes like they didn’t even attempt to season it. Even the syrup for the French toast didn’t have flavor! Definitely will not be returning.

Outdoor dining, they had heaters but we didn’t need them. Excellent open faced sandwich with good veggies. Excellent club sandwich and the battered fries are to die for. I would drive the 2.5 hours to stop here again.

Not bad. We had the patty melt with fries and the chili burger with sweet potato fries. Sweet potato fries are pretty good. I will come back. Service was good. Bathrooms were clean. Can’t ask for much more.

I usually go here when I’m in Ukiah. Doing some shopping, and that’s the food. It’s not bad at all, the atmosphere is really nice. Out of all the ones I have been to in Ukiah. I like this one the best.

If this could get 10 Stars I would give it 10 Stars this is the only place the only place that serves good food friendly atmosphere wonderful history on the wall of the trees and most importantly they stayed in open and do not raise their prices can you believe that? It was great being a trucker there aren’t many of these places left they’re few and far between this is one of the best of the best a destination to shut down for the night for a traveler not only get dinner and conversation and advice but you get breakfast and communion with the saints
