Their rice and peas was very salty and when I went back to them a minute later. They said I could not exchange it. So my only option is to throw it out. The lady responds was oh sorry…. no exchange. Have some decency to try to help a customer who only want to exchange the rice for something non salty.

TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE !! I would not spend my money here again if I was starving. Oxtails more grease and fat than meat, rice and peas taste burnt and old and Mac n cheese no seasoning and no taste, I would rather eat krafts Mac n cheese than this. When complaining to the cashier she was rude and nonchalant and gave me a business card.When I called the person on the card he was acting like he didn’t even know why I was calling so I don’t know why they would give his cards out. He rude as well and didn’t offer any options of fresh food, switching it out, or a refund. He proceeded to tell me how long he has been in busy and people love the food. WELL THE REVIEWS SAY OTHERWISE!! DO NOT EAT HERE EVEN IF ITS THE END OF THE WORLD!!!

Got there around 11:30am for lunch and food was super flavorful, hot and fresh. Employees were nice and service was quick. Had the jerk chicken small plate which had PLENTY enough portions to get good and full. The plate option comes with more but said no thanks because it was already so much food! I will return!

I have ordered from this restaurant several times via Uber. Today I ordered the King fish and curry channa. The Uber driver messaged me that they were out of both when she arrived to pick up my order. Understand that I had paid and per the Uber tracker it was getting prepared. So I decided to get something different. They said the price would be more and to go ahead and cancel the order. No other options, not willing to ensure that the customer was taken care of. The Uber driver said that they were not very pleasant and she had never seen a situation where they were not willing to switch the order. Of course this will be my last time spending my money at this place. Customer service is important, such s disappointment.

Horrible customer service, I was ordering a few meals (roughly 4) for my partner, child and I and the lighter skin lady was almost bothered that I was ordering so “much” food. I asked for what appeard to be shrimp soup and got goat soap. When she put it in the bowl I asked if she was sure that’s the one with shrimp and she said yes. This was a waste of $50. The food was poor in taste (oxtail, rice) the only good think was the patties. And apparently the goat soap was okay if though that’s not what I asked for. Sad. Sometimes you can’t even support your own people.

Finally found good Jamaican food in Coral Springs! Jerk pork amazing and spicy like I enjoy it, and my husband loves their oxtail, very generous portions, even a small sized meal is 2 meals for me. Check their hours before you go since it’s in the mall, and they close earlier than most restaurants. .

All of the times I ate here they were very nice to me.When they first opened on Uber eats I ordered them.I didn’t know they were in the coral square mall until I went to the food court.Nice people they do their best.Lust people try that us all you can ask for.They try their best. The rice was definitely old rice, I had with an entree and the meat I chose was mostly fat on the bone. Not worth the money spent. Please make fresh rice daily.
