So confused by the negative reviews here. I’ve eaten here a few times over the past year and eveytime the food has been good. The rice and peas is especially tasty. The only issue was that the serving size for the oxtail was a bit small for the price but the serving size for all their other meat dishes was substantial.

The FOOD was HORRIBLE!! DO NOT eat here!! Spend your money elsewhere!! My husband and I are very disappointed. I want a refund!! The food had a bad smell also. Service is so poor its shameful. Standed in line then had the food servers literally skip to someone else in line because I’m white and their black. Then they just smiled at me like it’s a normal thing for them to do. Previously came here and had one woman stare at me until I walked away, since she didn’t want to ask me what I’d like because again I’m white.

Thought I was going to the mall food court to eat Panda Express or Chick-fil-A.. until I passed by Jerk Grill. The food looked delicious and authentic. I ended up purchasing the Ox tail, with white rice and greens. The ox was cooked beautifully- juicy, tender and flavorful! The ‘gravy’ it produced over the white steamed rice was so rich in flavor – it was a treat! The greens were buttery, not bitter at all. If you are willing to go beyond the norm, do so here. Will definitely go back to try her other dishes.
