The sides were good. I was given chicken tips instead of the dark chicken dinner I ordered.. I asked the man he told me it was the dark but I got home and tasted it and it wasn’t. I also looked them up and seen a picture of exactly what I had under “ chicken tips special “ … other than that my experience was great. Just wish I could’ve got what I ordered. It didn’t taste bad just not what I wanted.

Jerk Kitchen is one of the top spots for Jerk Chicken in the South Suburbs. They take their time when it comes to their food. Some places rush but not them. Everything on the menu is good. Jerk chicken, Jerk nachos, Jerk fettuccine alfredo, the Jerk lasagna, etc. You have to try them out. The Jerk Tacos are a hit as well.

I have never been to a place that was so rude! We walked in and a kid was sitting at the door playing a game. After a few minutes I asked were they open. He said nothing but went to the back and someone came out and said nothing. I spoke first and asked again were they open. All he said was yes. All he said was we don’t have pieces of chicken. I attempted to ask about something else but I figured at that point I wouldn’t spend my money there anyway and I walked out. I don’t think he knew anything of customer service. I hate to run down a black business but this place is ridiculous.

Upon walking in I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm conversation which is important to me as a traveler. I had the jerk salmon which was amazingly delicious!! The lemonade was so sooooo flavorful plus they keep it nice and cold ! I definitely recommend , Jerk Kitchen and JoJos lemonade !

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD! Unfortunately this was my first and last time coming it. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the only jerk spot in the area. I ordered the jerk nachos they took my money only to find out they didn’t have jerk nachos. I also ordered the tacos. The meat was dry and burnt. It took 30-40 minutes to get my little order. The cashier took my order then left right after. I applaud the guy who was working there tonight he had on a grey hat and red pants. He was super sweet and worked with me. Seems like he was the only one working after the other person left. The food is down right nasty. I love jerk food this just put a bad taste in my mouth!

I gave this place a Try, and to my Suprise I went there on a day there had half priced Specials, The Cashier was Nice and told me that Specials is on Mondays or Tuesdays or call to make sure regarding the specials, there food was pretty good, The Homemade Mac and Cheese is what I tried first, The only thing I didn’t like was I wanted more Sauce for my ribs I was given very little sauce , The Sauce was Good aswell, Next time I go back I will just get Extra Sauce, As I Acknowledged! I will be going back .

My alfredo was delicious, I literally tried to order it twice in one day but they were sold out. I just scheduled a delivery for when they open I added a taco hopefully it’s good as well and not meatless I will let you guys know how it goes with me ordering for the second time

I came into town to visit family and after getting pedicures we went next door to order jerk tacos and though we didn’t wait very long the lady at the register was nice enough to give us a lemonade for our wait. She was extremely nice and the food was amazing!! I wish I still lived in Chicago to enjoy it more often. My sister’s will definitely be back since they live in the area. Thanks for the amazing customer service.

Management is extremely rude. It takes on average an hour for your food to be ready. When your food is not ready in an hour and you inquire about it, you are told “to not rush us”. Customer service is in the pits of hell. I would highly not recommend.
