I can honestly say that every dish I had was a 10/10. So flavorful. The oxtail was definitely a fav. The food is made fresh so that’s a plus as well. Customer service was also A1. Management also went out of their way to accommodate and serve us. I have no complaints. Jerkies will definitely be getting my business on a regular basis.

First time here today. Jerk chicken with plantains and greens. Lots of flavor . Wasn’t expecting to get hit with that .. looking forward to going back. It had a nice atmosphere and the bathroom was really clean and immaculate. overall vibe with nice excellent costumer service.

I placed an order and the owner Mr. Jackson took my order. He was very energetic and happy to take my order through the phone. I went on a day where they did an opening. Atmosphere was nice! Place was small but seemed cozy! I arrived and he knew I was the one who placed the order and he was able to give me my food. I left a tip and he was so appreciative he gave me a drink and mac and cheese to try without charge. I never had someone be this sweet and open! What a lovely person… I can’t wait to come back again. I’m glad we have this cuisine in Elizabeth! Hibiscus drink was fire! MAC and cheese had a lil quick of spice for me HAHA but yummy plate of food was so good. Great quality service. Great food! Come support this business!

10/10 highly recommend! I had been hesitant to try because it’s been a challenge finding Caribbean food that is authentic and properly seasoned and not salty. This exceeded my expectations! There was not a single component of my meal that was not good. I will surely order from them again and hope that it is consistent with my first experience.

I’ve ordered from here a lot to try different things before I wrote a review. So far I have tried the catfish, macaroni and cheese, Irie fries, black rice, and the jerk chicken gyro. Jerkies has not missed. Everything tastes so good and flavorful. You won’t regret trying it out. One of my faves is the oxtail Irie fries (pictured)

Beyond pleased with the food I’m a huge foodie and they never disappoint my taste buds. Never over or under seasoned always just right… my personal fav jerk chicken w/ vodka sauce and a side of the mac & cheese and a side of planting.

As a new restaurant Jerkies does not disappoint! I have had 3 different meals plus the jerk empanadas. The rice and peas are perfection however that black rice is superb! The plantains are THE best ive had in a long time in restaurant and im from Brooklyn. Ive had the curry chicken, goat and jerk chicken all flavored WELL! I dont have many pics to share because I was too busy eating it 🙂 Will for sure be back!

After reading the incredible reviews online, I decided to give this place a shot. I drove over an hour to visit this establishment and I must say they did not disappoint. From the heartwarming greet from Oniyah at the front desk to the mouthwatering food that I was served. Hats off to chef Sarah for preparing such an incredible meal. Definitely reminded me of home. I had the oxtail platter and they fell right off the bone, while my partner had the curried goat which was extremely tender and Jammed packed with flavor. Will be back for sure!
