We waited 1 hour & 15 minutes after placing our order and still had not received our food. I asked how much longer and never received an answer. Finally we got up and left! We told the staff we were leaving. They had one waitress and one cook! I sympathize with the poor waitress who had to deal with ten tables or more, the dissatisfaction of patrons and clearing of tables. Two bartenders who did not attempt to help! If only they had come to our table to apologize for the wait and offered crackers or anything. Very poor service all the way around.

This a tough one being from the area and having experienced other restaurants like them. The fish was so so, mostly due to old oil in the fryer which can be discerned from the coloration of the finished product. Food did seem like it sat there for awhile before being served also.

We have done the supper club circuit of Wisconsin. This place is AWFUL. Food…terrible. Service (when they weren’t eating together at the “salad bar” )….terrible. Ambiance…terrible!
