This place has some of the rudest old workers in the world. First off, I waited over an hour for ONE order. The lady that i spoke with was very unprofessional. The team was slow making all meals. and then when i asked her when mines would be done, she insisted on trying to argue and yell at me saying to be patient. Lady its been a whole hour. hurry up!!! then she gets mad because 5 other people start complaining and tried to kick me out and told me to go thru the drive thru. I DID NOT!! baby who you think you is??? just very rude, disgusting disrespectful behavior. this place has gone downhill and they should close! Anyone thinking of coming here, please go to holly barbecue. they have a better quality and better customer service

I am a DoorDash/Uber driver. I waited for over 20 minutes while everyone was moving extremely slow and not acknowledging that I have been waiting and waiting. Then someone came in and was able to pick up a door dash order while im waiting like I haven’t been here over 20 minutes already? No! You acknowledge people coming into your restaurant and let them know what’s going on. This was very unprofessional and I was so disappointed because the food smelled great and I wanted to try but I will not be returning to a restaurant where people are working with no motivation to get them orders out. And the machines for the punches look disgusting like they don’t clean them so I really hope they are being cleaned but if it was staining from the juice color the red punch would have looked worse than the yellow.

The place has gone down hill. My four piece chicken dinner was poorly butchered I receive 2 half thighs, a piece of chicken breast, and a wing with breast meat still connected. The fries was undercooked and pale. The fried corned was just buttered corn. The sauce is still good though. And I saw a line cook microwaving an order before it went out to a customer ♂️. I won’t be back.

One of THE staples of Jacksonville. My parents have been coming here for as long as I can remember. This place never lets me down. Its something about the sauce. You can even buy it by the gallon. It just hits different. Make sure you get bread with your meal cause you will be wiping it off your plate or sucking your fingers. Long lines and a wait are to be expected at a place this popular. Used to be a drive through but they have graduated to a full restaurant. If you love BBQ it is a must.

First time having Jerome’s, and it’s quite good. Got bbq chicken with the sweet red mild sauce and fries with the sweet tangy sauce. Both great and very distinct from each other. Prices aren’t too hi. It’s nice having a good BBQ place around the area.
