Food I ordered (legume) was edible, but I didn’t like it much. I felt it had too much spiciness as compared to the flavor and seasoning. The cabbage/greens didn’t taste/feel fully cooked and were crunchy. The rice was pretty good though. It was affordable and they give you plenty for the price.

I just drove there based in the good reviews. The front door seems as it has never been cleaned. The place was empty, air conditioning not working. A lady came out, I greeted her and asked for a menu, she said: no menu. I thanked her and left. The restaurant looks run down…and overall dirty. I cannot imagine what the kitchen looks like.

My and my friend’s food were super dry. Plus, they used cheap cuts of meat that were too boney, even by West Indian standards. Doesn’t even come close to Prosperity Island.
