Employees didn’t inform us of 30+ minute wait for warm sandwiches despite no wait in line. Didn’t apologize or communicate. Got the order wrong & had to wait even longer. GF bread was inedible. Not a good experience & $50 for 3 sandwiches should come with better service & product.

This was my first time to eat here or go here. The store was super clean and the employees were all so helpful and nice. The roast beef was kind of bland but I didn’t get much on my sandwich. My husband got a philly he loved his. I also bought these candy things there they are so delicious

Placed an order and paid for delivery. Sandwich was incorrect. Called and they argued that their copy says turkey when my copy of my order clearly says salami. Refused to give any refund but said I could drive there to get a new sandwich. I PAID FOR DELIVERY. It’s one thing to make a mistake but then to argue about it and refuse to give any sort of help. Horrible customer service. Will stick to Jimmy John’s and Subway from now on.

I had a nice experience @ the Yelm Hwy store. There were only two fellows working. I’ve never had so much attention to my order. They asked/ confirmed what the Sammy’s should have on them several times. The Sammy’s were clearly marked too! Excellent Job!
