The food is incredible! The workers do their job very, very well. I applaud them. HOWEVER, I ALWAYS SEE THEM LOOKING FATIGUE. I wonder if they take their breaks or are even issued breaks!!! They deserve breaks and it is Washington LAW that employees are given a rest break after 3 hours of working at most. Please consider this.

Ordered food to be picked up with an estimate of 15 minutes for the order to be ready. Get there after 15 minutes have passed, and the order is not ready. Watch as they helped 4 customers before I got to ask about my order (which had not been started yet) and another 4 customers before my order was started. All of the employees moved with no speed or hurry, and when I complained that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order, I finally got an apology and an excuse of the bad been busy. Will not be returning.

Took a few minutes to get them going on our sandwiches. They didn’t put cheese on my tuna, which I didn’t realize until we got back to our hotel room. But I like their sandwiches, service needs to improve though.

Rude workers, and dirty. We waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged because they eere making to go orders. We were the only walk ins We finally left. The atmosphere was tense and the counters were filthy. First and last time at Jersey Mikes.

I love the sandwiches. The problem is the employees! I stopped going to the one in Spokane because of the rudeness! I’ve been to the one in Airway several times and the employees were always nice however it seems they are back to hating life and customers again.

Ordered online, waited 30 mins only to show up & be told Sandwiches weren’t even started yet. Ended up waiting another 10-20 minutes just for someone behind the counter to tell me they’ve actually been done for 30 minutes. Good thing I didn’t have a limited lunch hour, otherwise I would’ve just refunded it & went next door to Mod who can actually get food out on a promised time. Train your staff to take care of customers before deciding to gossip behind the counter. Completely unprofessional.
