I usually have excellent service here. Except a couple weeks ago. I came in with my son to order 1 sandwich. The person putting my toppings on didn’t listen to me and even shook his head at me when I told him I didn’t want the toppings he put on my sandwich, I never said those ingredients. Then he proceeded to ignore me and just put on what he wanted. I didn’t say anything else, there was a long line and I didn’t want to cause a scene. I haven’t been back since. Think I’ll try the Saint Charles location. They might be nicer.

I ordered a sandwich that came with peppers so I went back to let the one guy know I didn’t want the peppers. So the 2 males standing by the grill, I can clearly hear them talking smack just because I didn’t want the peppers. The guy cooking my sandwich gonna look around at me then say to the other guy I shouldn’t even make her sandwich. I asked the cashier for a refund & I just left!!! The service is horrible & for employees to stand on the front end talking about custoners is very rude & disrespectful. I called and spoke to a manager but I don’t feel he is going to address the situation.

This is usually my favorite sandwich place but after today it won’t be. I will not visit here anymore. I asked the young lady to change her gloves and to make my sandwich on the paper because I don’t eat pork and she was handling alot of bacon. I watch her make several sandwiches touching everything and not change her gloves. She also walked away and answered her phone before making my sandwich. Very rude and unprofessional.

I walked in there was one guy being helped that several girls that worked there were talking to. They even offered him extra meat due to running out of bacon. Everyone acted like I never walked in, then another lady walks in and one of the girls asked how she could help her. What happen to asking me how u can help me? Then another girl turns around and said oh that lady referring to me was here first. After that I was checking out the girl that helped me finally but ignored me at first then was whispering to the cashier as I was checking out. The oder was very fast but never asked what I wanted on my 2 sandwiches. Usually the sandwiches are fire they really sucked tonight along with the service of like 8 people doing literally nothing. I’ll drive further to get better service. Not sure why I even left a tip for these lazy people. Oh wait because I only had debit so I was being nice even though I felt very uncomfortable being there. Not sure why people are so rude. I guess because they had to work as a group of 8 to make my sandwiches.

Went to this location on 05/03/23 6:28 pm. Place order, first young lady great. Greeted you, helpful with placing order. Get ready to leave and get this very unprofessional employee, older woman Crystal. Extremely rude. She just hands me a large sandwich, no bag ! I said I had a drink and chips also, so she proceeds to scream in the store full of customers who has Pat! Embarrassed, I said I have my receipt and she snatched it! I snatched my bag and she started yelling at me in the store full of customers saying I don’t appreciate you snatching and I said neither do I you. I said I also don’t appreciate your terrible customer service over her yelling a few other mean words! First time ever at this location. Never treated like this at any other Jersey Mikes location.

Let me tell you I ordered with the online app and it was not the first time but when the dasher got there and got my food he never delivered it to me and tried to blame the store well I called and spoke with Steven(forgive me if I spelled it wrong) and Myron and they both explained what happened and worked with me to get the order remade and sent out.
