At approximately 2:15 P.M., I stopped at the Jersey Mike’s in Milford MA. To be honest, it was my first visit to any Jersey Mike’s, although I have traveled this route a number of times passing this particular one. Upon walking in, I was pleasantly greeted and guided to the meat carving area. Once I chose my sandwich of choice, the process began. Four of the kindest and most welcoming staff members produced my sandwich and checked me out.

Usually this place is pretty good but today they sucked. Placed an order online..drove 20 minutes to get there. Got the food no problem but they completely messed up my girls sandwhich..she wanted an italian toasted with no oil and she got un toasted drenched in oil..then I realize my bag of chips had a hole in it and was completely stale.. Yea that’ll be the last time I go there

The kids working this specific location are completely on top of it. They are such hard workers, doing their absolute best. I was so impressed by their ethic as a whole and individually. I watched each of the 5 workers closely with the time I had as they were swamped that day. Yet it wasn’t all that much time considering what was facing them. Well oiled machine for sure. Oh and their cold sandwiches are unbelievable!

Absolutely incompetent. Ordered 2 sandwiches just 2 not 12. 2 and only got 1 delivered from door dash. The bag was even taped shut. Which means someone looked in the bag. Taped the ticket to it and was yeah that looks right. Disgusted if I was the store owner I would fire everyone working today. Called the store and the “manager” who sounded high on the phone was absolutely no help.

I ordered the original Italian. She basically through a sandwich together poorly. Put a lot of lettuce. Like overflowing amount. Forgot to put the vinegar and dressing. I made an online order the other day and they forgot couple of things. I gave them a 2 star because the sandwiches are good. The customer service sucks

Was not impressed at all quality of the food. The cold cuts were no better than anything you would get at Subway, the cheese tasted like it was individually wrapped singles and the bread was nothing to write home about. To top this all off it was almost 20 bucks for a large turkey sub with no extras on it. Definitely will not be going back here!!!

I’ve been a regular customer of the jersey mikes in Walpole for some time now. I was in the Milford location while on my way back from work and decided to check it out. I expected somewhat of the same kind of experience, but that couldn’t be any further from the truth. I walked in and there was a young male working there. Red hair, glasses, on the shorter side. As soon as I walked in he ignored me, didn’t acknowledge my presence for a while. I had to greet him in order for him to simply acknowledge me. The young man looked like he didn’t want to work there. Talking in an uptight kind of tone to me, with slurred speech. He even sighed after taking my order. While making my order he didn’t wear a glove on his left even though he touched though he was touching the food. He also was being very sloppy and tossing each thing around. I looked at him in a discerning kind of way because I’ve never seen anything like this before. He then seemed to say something under his breath I couldn’t make out what but I assume it wasn’t good. After he finished he slammed my order down infront of me and asked me if he could get me anything else. I said no because I didn’t want to deal with this disrespectful behavior anymore. Before leaving I asked for his name after a second of silence and disbelief he said he name was “Grayson” not sure if that’s accurate or not but let me just say that in my experience of going to the Jersey mikes in Walpole for a year that I’ve never seen such a lazy, rude, and disrespectful worker such as this young man. It baffles me how they continue to employ such a person. Safe to say I’ll never make the mistake of going here again I’ll take my business to the Walpole location where I belong!
