Usually this location is great but tonight was extremely disappointing. We ordered online two subs, one a 31 done the normal way but had no lettuce on it and then a mini #8 which was supposed to be done mikes way but had only meat cheese and mayo on it. Pictured below was the “mikes way”.

Just picked our order up from Newburyport and my bowl was very underwhelming to say the least! I ordered a bacon/chicken ranch tub but there is no bacon! We will not be going back! Don’t waste your money subway is better!

Had never been to this chain and figured it was like some mediocre sandwich shop. We had someone bring Jersey Mike’s catering into our office and I was hooked! Love that they slice everything fresh. The BOWL is such a great option if your are trying to go low carb! Roast beef is great.

Experience was awful. This is now probably the 10th time I have not gotten rosemary parm bread when I ordered it. If the location would understand that majority of the orders that come in ask for rosemary parm then they should stick the location with more rosemary parm. The experience is all about satisfying the customer and this is not the way to do it. When a customer orders something they expect to get what they ordered and not something they did not want. There was never an indication that the type of bread I ordered was out of stock.
