I have stopped in this Jersey Mike’s a few times now. I felt it necessary to review just because of the friendly staff. They move with a purpose, and smile. Nothing better than walking in, and not feeling like you bothered someone to do their job. Yes it’s only a sub shop, but the staff here does a great job representing Jersey Mike’s.

I ordered online and had to wait over an hour for a sandwich. I have worked in the industry, I know what its like however the staff were anything but engaged with the customers waiting for an online order. I will never be ordering online again as it was beyond the worst experience.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch. The staff were super friendly and made sure I got what I wanted on my sandwich, and Italian grinder. They have a good assortment of breads, the ingredients were fresh, parking is ample, and the prices are reasonable.

Had great service today from Imia and Emmanuel. They both took there time and made both sandwiches to perfection. I also made them laugh when talking about all the Danny Devito commercials I saw on TV. I hope this helps them as well as I will definitely come back and eat again.

Worst experience! So rude.. messed up my entire order, forgot one sandwich and other two were wrong. Called and the girl hung up on me when I said my order was wrong.Went all the way back for my refund and the girl was incredibly ignorant. Wouldn’t even refund full amount. I’ll never go back there again!!!

By far the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a Jersey Mike’s sub. I went in to grab a sub today, and the entire staff was completely ignoring my presence. Then by the time they rudely took my order they forgot what I had even asked for. They then stopped making my order to start a person’s order that came in after me. They completely that order while I just stood there, I asked why and she said uhhh, and continued to help the other person. I walked out. Never again.will I stopped here. I will also let everyone I know the arrogance of this staff, so they can make a better decision before supporting this location. I will also be calling in a complaint to corporate .

After a mistake was made on my original order the young lady I spoke with graciously apologized and made me a new sandwich and it was the best steak sandwich I have had In a long time. I’m not sure what her name was but it was on 12-30 at a little after 5pm. She should be commended for her wonderful customer service.

Wonderful service and great value for your dollar they do not skimp on the meat- so if you are super hungry but are tired of burgers or sad sandwiches come on in to Jersey Mikes where they feed you like they’re your mom.

Terrible experience at this location tonight. They get unhappy when you come 1/2 hour before closed and make you feel like you’re doing something wrong by opening the door. My order was made incorrectly and when I arrived and I had to drive back. I requested a remake before close she told me she job was done for the day and refused.
