The store has a great vibe with music playing however the crew members taking orders and ringing you up were not happy to be serving you they were impatient when waiting for responses to their questions. Cut cold Italian was top notch, fresh, tasty. Bread was fresh and soft but not squishy. Location was dirty, ingredients all over the counter and debris on the floor. Cleanliness took away the 5 star. Food and customer service were excellent.

The best gluten free sandwich!! As a person with celiacs disease they went above and beyond to change gloves and clean the tables before making my sandwich. The gluten free bread was delicious and separated from the rest. They also will make any request when getting extra toppings.

These subs are excellent. They use fresh ingredients, and quality cuts like Boars Head. But a good product can only take you so far. The staff is nice, but they’re all young kids. It’s disorganized, chaotic, and doesn’t have good communication. I.E. call at least an hour ahead for pickup orders. I had several bad experiences when my order was overlooked, done but I was not told, etc. if they could fine tune that, I’d give them 5 stars

20.00 steak and cheese. The bread was old and stale. As far as the steak bare minimum. I called the store multiple times nobody picked up the phone. I had to drive there to get a refund. D’ Angelo’s so much better they actually weigh the steak. I would like to know how much steak comes on a 20.00 sub. 1st time and definitely the last. Should’ve stuck with Amatos.

We have been going to the Scarborough location since they opened. Last nights order was the worst we have ever had. The sandwiches were so disappointing. They looked they were thrown together haphazardly. Two little pieces of onion, one piece of bacon and very little tomato. I believe this location has changed management. Not at all impressed.

The taste of the sandwiches is good. However they are at least 50% smaller than they used to be. So just like the rest of the industry, prices have sky rocketed and the quality has plummeted. Will not be returning here.
