I really really enjoyed my sub . We weren’t from the area but 30 mins south of the place. Compared to auburn jersey mikes this place hands down had auburn beat by cleanliness and freshness . Unfortunately, they had a special needs person making the sandwiches and he wasn’t as fast as management’s liking which was very obvious . I felt so bad and OFFENDED. I should’ve wrote this review a couple months ago. This young man made THE BEST SANDWICHES and took HIS TIME. Which pissed management off who were at the front counter seeing to the flow of the place , but not assisting just mocking . They should be ashamed but the place and the food was amazing . Thank you to the young man with Down syndrome who MADE AN EXCEPTIONAL SANDWICH AND MANAGEMENT U GOTTA DO BETTER . Very wrong of u to instead of help make fun and act as if he is a burden .

Topsham, Walked in and ordered off their secret menu the number 99. No one there new what it was. They took our order quick but it took 20+ minutes to get the sandwich. One young man had been waiting before us. He asked for his money back, ” oh it will be right out”. It was another 10 minutes. My sandwich was delicious.

First and last time we will go here. Rude service. Miserable people. Not welcoming at all. She forgot to put ham on our sandwich and it turned into my fault. Slatting around and rolling her eyes. She yelled at the lettuce guy to remove the lettuce. I said it’s fine, just throw the ham on top. Which she actually did throw it. It practically fell off the counter…lettuce guy caught it. Staff talking back at each other. Food smells good… looks good. Very unfortunate. I will say, the young guy working the grill was pleasant and called me ma’am. Firehouse subs is just across the road and that’s our usual go to sandwich shop*** Update….food was good though. My husband and grandson loved it***

Came through the pick up window for my online order. It took 10 minutes for someone to offer to help then they never came back with my order. I went inside and the order was not on the pick up shelf. Went back to the window and someone handed me my order but 1/3 of it was missing. Had to call and wait again for the remainder of my order. Didn’t get to leave until over 20 minutes after my pick up was supposed to be ready. Do better.

New franchise opened in Topsham, ME. and 3 of us thought we’d try it out. They were quite busy at 1pm on a Saturday. We got in the line to order and it was very efficient. We each put in our choice and moved along as our cold cuts were freshly sliced in front of us and out toppings of choice were added. One of us wanted a Steak and Cheese and it was promptly put onto a flattop and cooked. By the time I had moved along line to pay at register, which took about 2 minutes, the Steak and Cheese was ready. The 3 of us agreed our subs were very good. Not sure of other Jersey Mike’s in area, but this one did not disappoint. Two of us had the #13 Italian Sub, the way we wanted it and were pleased and Steak and Cheese was gobbled up, so that apparently passed also. Dining in seating was quite full with patrons. Nice addition to area “fast food” takeout.

Been to so many Jersey Mikes across the U.S. and never had a poor experience until tonight till I came to this location. Walked in a little before 8 pm (someone was also waiting) and there was 3 people working. They were cleaning with no acknowledgement or greeting almost 5 minutes go by before anybody helps the person in front of me. They cash out the person In front of me and then proceeded to make my sandwich without changing their gloves.

Terrible. I got violently sick after eating here. The kid that does the toppings never changes his gloves in 25 minutes I waited. He touched sandwiches, cash register screen and the kicker was when he went and touched the spatula for the chicken on the grill. The employee prior had just touched that after placing raw chicken on the grill. Besides not changing gloves he took the knife and scrapped mayonnaise off his glove and put it back in the container. I almost walked out while there but unfortunately stayed and paid the price.
