I usually stay away from chains but this is decent and way fresher tasting than the other chain sub shop. The Simsbury location is clean and the staff is friendly and speedy. The price is fair.

I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich while I was eating it. I took a bite of my sandwich and thought the bacon was too chewy so I spit it out and there was a piece of plastic in my food. I contacted Jersey Mike’s and the Manager of the Simsbury store assured me that I would get a refund, no problem accidents happen but it has been 2 months with no refund. I have left messages with the manager which he has yet to return my call.

Fast service, great sandwiches, THE MOST friendly & personable staff I’ve ever seen. 7 or 8 staff members conversing and being social with customers while still being able to serve people in an impressively timely fashion . This is THE BEST Jersey Mike’s location I’ve been to.
