The nice lady with glasses, I believe her name to be Eliza, is so nice and adorable. I normally see her but she never gets to take/make my order but she always smiles at me. This time I had the pleasure to be attended by her, and god is she an Angel. Eliza greeted me with a big smile and began to take my order. They were a packed that day but nonetheless she still gave me a big smile which honestly made my day. After a while I noticed her making my sandwich and oh my god, best sandwich I have eaten from this location. I really hope you guys keep Eliza because seeing her smile and being so lovable makes my day.

It was the worst experience ever, I went in to pick up an order and to order an extra sandwich. The young lady with glasses tells me to order from the back and to then pick up my other order from the front “mind you I thought that alone didn’t make sense. The stores completely empty and I’m literally still standing alone while 3 employees are doing nothing,I then ask her sooooo can I order and she just gives me a nasty attitude and said yeah! But back up first I wasn’t even being rude or close to her then I tell her it’s fine I don’t want the order then she throws my order while I go to go grab it. It was so insulting to me and it’s like they don’t care. Smh

We did come in 15 minutes before the store closed but the girl with the glasses was SO MAD she had to make two sandwiches. She was ripping that wrapping paper like it owed her money, was mumbling her questions like she didn’t want to talk to us… it was funny in the end.

First visit to Jersey Mike’s, and I absolutely loved when I walked into the establishment it is very clean and the staff is absolutely fabulous! Nice to come across a place where everyone has great energy makes for a welcoming experience! I understand there are plenty of great Italian delis in the area, however i was happy with the sandwich and environment! Great job! Will be returning without a doubt !

While my initial experience was not great, I very much respect and appreciate the way this spot handled it. This time around, my cheesesteak was delicious and filling definitely impressed with the flavor on then steak as well. Today I went and ordered my first ever Original Italian. The lovely young lady with the pink mask ‘sprinkled’ my sub “Mikes’s Way!” It was absolutely fabulous she was such a sweet little thing! However, I cannot say the same about her coworkers. Their service was not up to par which is why I won’t be returning to this location. Hope that young lady finds a better job to support her great customer service skills.
