Worst mikes subs around. I always mobile order but everytime I do they mess up my order. Literally, 3 out of 3 things were not correct last time. How can you not read? Lol it literally says it on the ticket. They are also much lighter than most on the meat. I grew up in point pleasant so I am well aware of the quality John Cancro provides at his other locations. This one is not up to par ever.

I really like this Jersey Mikes location. It’s only a few minutes from my house so it’s really convenient. When they first opened it was okay but they’ve gotten so much better. The workers are all really nice and are willing to accommodate any requests. I love their cold subs and everything is really fresh and sliced to order. I usually come a few times a month.

I had to call in my order due to online ordering not working. I was a little annoyed because I thought I was doing something wrong on the app. I arrived at the store and was assisted by Charlie. I asked if my points for this transaction could be added? Here comes Ms. Katrina (THE GM) from across the room talking to Victor (DM) and she said absolutely and came to assist Charlie. Then here comes Rob and says I already did it. So I’m feeling great! Loving the attention. Then Katrina says you wanted the Rosemary bread. I said YES I LIVE FOR THT BREAD. Katrina says we are out of it. I said WHHHHAAAATTTTT! I was so ready for that bread. I love that bread. But I was ok. Then Ms. Katrina said give me a sec. She goes behind the counter and gives me a treat. I have worked in customer service for 17 years and this was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Shout out to the rest of the team Wahab and Damien. Victor you have an awesome team at this location. I’ll be back!❤️❤️❤️

i had to edit my good review bc i don’t know who was on sandwiches Tuesday but that was a horrible sandwich. i come to jersey mikes often but this was a complete turn off. i expect more especially for a sandwich i paid $18 for. didn’t even give me my side of juice. very disappointed.

Love jersey mikes !!! BUT …..mgnt at this store need to train there employees better , the register guy was on his phone texting with the same gloves he used to text and take the money also fill the coins and then cut and wrap my sandwich…never changed his gloves ….come on!!!

It’s a bit expensive for a sub, but… the staff is sweet and helpful. Even through my complaints, they kept smiles on their faces and helped me figure it out. I would go back because of that… good service is a value.
