Barely any meat or cheese on the subs here – more like eating a salad vs a sub! And the older Woman cashier here copped a total attitude when I wasn’t able to leave a tip. She actually inspected my receipt and when she noticed there was no tip on it she threw my receipt into the bag and said ‘yeah thanks’ in a snotty way. Totally rude and wouldn’t go back here! And my 12yr old son witnessed all of this – sad really. This review is for the Rt35 location in spring lake. Staff and quality here is night and day from the Manasquan rt70 location which has both great quality and great & friendly staff!!

Jersey Mike’s is always good, and fairly consistent from store to store. There’s not an overwhelming amount of meat and cheese and that makes their subs kinda wimpy, but it’s always tasty. I always get a mini and sometimes the bread is stale. Kind of hard to review just one store when I’ve eaten Jersey Mike’s in many different locations — from home in New Jersey, to Illinois, to South Carolina. Have to admit it was pretty cool when I walked into a South Carolina store last month and saw POINT PLEASANT NEW JERSEY in big letters on the wall! 😉

Ordered a delivery of 2 wraps. One wrap no problem. The tuna wrap had tons of oil & vinegar dripping through the bag. The wrap was rolled up like a sub . Not wrapped properly like a wrap should be. Wasn’t even cut. Called to have a refund. Mgr was busy took my number & never called back. Will not return

This place is so hit or miss. This past (and my last) visit, there was no line in the store. A friend and I both got hot subs, ordered one after another. They asked my friend twice how they wanted the sub and still made it wrong. They started to make mine (or so I thought). I sat down with my friend while they ate and waited for my cheesesteak. Shortly after, a handful of people walked into the store. They got their subs and left, the grill was still going. About 10 minutes pass, maybe 8 or 9 customers total come through the place and leave. At the 15 minute mark, nothing was on the grill and I realized they completely forgot to make my sub, or gave it away to someone else. I had no more time to wait and asked for a refund. They then had the nerve to ask me for my receipt. Well the employee that rushed me down the line, but forgot to make my food didn’t give me one!! They were so quick to take the payment though! Finally they credited me back (or so they said) and I left. I don’t understand how you have to order one-by-one, charge me, and then didn’t even make my food.

Saturday 12/17 about noon. Place was not busy. I order a tuna with lettuce, tomato, bacon. I did not ask for “juice”. Got sub with “juice” no bacon. I should have looked at all your recent poor reviews on here, maybe I would have skipped. There are too many places even Jersey Mike’s around to get my business. I won’t be back.

I’ve heard good things about Jersey Mikes so I stopped in and had the Chicken CheeseSteak sub. Very disappointing.. Hardly any meat or peppers and onions in it. It was mostly just a loaf of bread with a bit of ‘stuff’ in it. Killed my expectations completely and will not try that again. Makes me wonder about their other sandwiches…. Cost cutting by serving small portions on a big piece of bread…?

As a GM from Michigan, I wanted to check out another location as I am here for my Phase 2. Well the 2 young ladies working tonight, were amazing. The sandwiches were full and absolutely delicious. The bread was soft, the store was clean and the girls working were pleasant. Keep doing the things that make you great. Great job

This place is getting like subway where they don’t give the jersey Mike’s experience like it always was. The prices are high and they are giving so much less. I have been going to this place and this is for the owner. Step up the amount of cheese and cold cuts and don’t think slicing it thin it seems like more. Step it up
