I have been going here for a few years. Usually, I come home with a really well-made sub packed full of yummy goodness. But today, I ordered a sub, and it sucked. There was very little meat on it. $18 wasted. Super disappointed.

This location made the perfect sub for me and continued the great reputation and service that Jersey Mike’s is known for. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. I was very pleased with my order and will definitely return. Highly recommend visiting Jersey Mike’s if you are searching for a great sub! I would recommend the cheesesteak, however it still does not include marinara sauce.

To start with some of the food looked unfresh, tomatoes looks discolored. Spencer was very unprofessional and borderline rude to me and several other people including fellow employees. I will not be returning to the store because of the unprofessional attitude of the night time employees.

5 Stars to the three busy, calm and pleasant staff members who handled today’s long lunch line like TOTAL pros. They deserve a raise for taking short staffing in stride and getting their customers orders correct with friendly attitudes and precision.

I stood in line for 20 minutes and when I finally got to first in line, I could not order. I was too grossed out watching them make the sandwiches. Nothing looked clean, pieces of food all over the place. They should just stop every once in a while to cleanup between sandwiches. I just walked out after that long wait. It is really a shame because their sandwiches are so good and I loved them in the past.

They are great sub shop! Good food and most importantly friendly employees! There was a small issue with the order but they fixed it asap and they were super friendly about it.

Jersey Mike’s is always my go to place for sandwiches. This store is filthy the floor doesn’t look like it’s been washed in over a day and every table in the place was dirty. We had to clean it ourselves before sitting. The kids at the counter couldn’t remember our order for more than 10 seconds and we had to repeat it to each one of them as we went through the line. They weren’t busy. There were maybe 6 customers in the store at anytime while we were there. Disappointing.

Place is going downhill. First, the hours were changed and they close very early at 7pm. Sub sizes have gotten smaller. The ‘giant’ sub is smaller and prices higher (understand this is due to rising gas prices). The past few visits there have been issues with our orders. Last night I ordered the #14 Vege mini for my wife who is a vegetarian. When I got home she said that the sub was missing Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, and Green Bell pepper. It is supposed to have: White Bread, Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil Blend, Oregano, Salt, Green Bell Pepper. What a disappointment. She had to throw the sub out as she literally had a one cheese sandwich. Cost us $6.56. In addition, the employees are only using 1 slicer – the other slicer sits idle. And if you ask for other cheeses, they do not understand that you cannot use the same slicer as meat for vegetarians. They only had American white chees pre-sliced.

A bit of a price compared to similar quality subs, no delivery. Did you have gluten-free bread which is really good compared to many other sub shops. Hours are limited, staff seems underpaid for what they are charging.
