Love jersey mikes since I discovered this place i no longer go to subway. Sandwiches are always fantastic no matter what I get. Guy making sandwiches is always friendly no matter how busy my only problem was the attitude of the cashier not sure if it’s because it’s early whenever I go but she comes off as if she does not want to be there and wants you to leave as quickly as possible. let me be clear she has never said anything nasty, but she does not really greet those picking up orders, and compared to other employees, her energy is very low and unapproachable.

Latest experience compels me to write a review about the Lynbrook location. This was my 3rd disappointing experience and I’m absolutely done trying … this time I ordered online 43 minutes before closing and still waited at least 10 minutes in the store. Several customers that walked in had their sandwiches prepared right away while mine sat there waiting to be completed. The employee did ask me about my order twice but by the time he got to my sandwich – they were out of lettuce, onions and peppers. I took my sandwich as is and left. Do yourself a favor and go to the Oceanside location!! It’s worth the few extra minutes it takes to get there.

Same as other reviews, placed an online order. Got here at the time i was told on the email. Still waited in the store about 20 mins to get 1 Sub. I placed this order at 2:47pm and got my sub at about 3:20pm they were not as busy. Jersey mikes is great but this location needs new Management

Jersey Mike is the WORST! How dare them have such great sandwich. I hate that I love it so much!!! Its so good healthy and also its full-filling. Its amazing. And the staff at the location is always PLEASANT! I haven’t gotten a chance to get their names and I dont want to describe anyone or let them feel offended. When was the last time the windows and storefront was cleaned. Grime and dust on all the store front trim. Garbage can at front door is filthy. Very disorganized and the staff cannot keep up with the line. Not a good example of a Jersey Mikes. Staff behind counter are not presentable. Manager need to re evaluate what happening. Was only good here the 1 st month or so when it first opened

Not sure what going on here, it’s totally disorganization but this location literally takes 20-30 mins to make your hot sandwich ordered, with 2 cooks. I was excited to have a location opened closer to where I live – but I dread having to come here. I could drive to the one in New Hyde Park and back, and they would still be making my sandwich here. They also don’t hear very well, so check your order before they make it, asked for light mayo and they went heavy, asked for a number 42 and they gave me a number 43. Then thankfully someone here was smart enough to see that nobody made my sandwhich and took it on herself to make it, again with 2 cooks already doing the work, and there is a totally of 8 people here. I’m probably not gonna come back here, as it’s just never improved in over a year, try a better location, and save your time.

Horrible service and staff is not trained well. Untrained in sandwich preparation, and the service leaves much to be desired. A young lady behind the counter, was on her phone texting/browsing in her phone as us customers had to wait until she was ready to help us. Gotta find another location because this ain’t it!!!!!

Worst place everrrrrrrrrr…….RUUUNNN AWWWAY. Ordered 2 sandwiches and the customer service was trash. The fat Spanish lady is rude and disgusting, the girl taking orders is rude as hell and very immature, along with the grill cook with breads.. I usually don’t even give reviews but this place should close until they can find better staff. The staff here are clearly enjoying what they are doing with the customers, and are purposely giving you nasty sandwiches. I bet the cameras don’t even work. This was our second and last time. Its obvious that the good reviews are from friends. If i could give zero i would. Any other Jersey Mikes is better. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Jersey Mikes in Lynbrook is the worst restaurant, not Jersey Mikes, the worst restaurant period. I ordered online and was told by 6:45pm it would be ready. It is now 7:30pm, I’m still waiting here and they didn’t even start my order yet. The owner is better off hiring a team of sloths or snails, as either one would move with more urgency than the current staffing.
