Every staff representative is outstanding! So friendly, clean facility and so welcoming. Glad to have Jersey Mikes here in our hometown where I grew up and live today! Bought a custom made Turkey BLT for my Dad and he loved it… my husband enjoyed their Special Mike’s Philly Cheesesteak. Parking is what you make the best of… no complaints for this town.

People are complaining about the service at this location, yet when I got my meal it was quite quick so.. I’ll give service a 5/5. On the other hand, the price was ungodly high, which I guess is not unexpected but the taste of the no.17 (whatever meal that was) was imo good, but my co-worker said it was horrendous (3/5). The inside also reeked of a freshly painted smell, which was slightly unpleasant.

I like the subs at Jersey Mike’s and until today I have not been disappointed. I ordered a #66 regular on Rosemary Parm and a #5 mini also on Rosemary Parm. I got my #66 and waited for another 10 minutes for the #5, I had to remind someone that I was still waiting for mini #5. The staff member told me that it had not been written down at her station. When I got home the #66 did not have any portabella mushrooms and the #5 mini was on regular bread.

Had the pleasure of enjoying family day at the Rocky Point location. All the employees and Managers were kind and polite along with swift service. Even though everyone was still learning all the food came out super hot and tasty.
