We had a craving for a giant cold cut hero so went to no other than Jersey Mike’s which offers a hero you can’t fit in your mouth : ). We ordered #13 The Original Italian cold cut hero giant sized fully dressed with all toppings with oil and vinegar. This was such a satisfy sandwich to see them make and it was saturated with fluid. We took it to go for a late night snack along with a brownie for dessert.

Long waits with minimal line. Employee retention is horrible. The only employee who remains is a rude female with tattoos. My second time hoping they fixed thx issues but didn’t. The girl dressing my sandwich asked me if I wanted it Mike’s way I proceeded to answer and said yes she didn’t ask me what I wanted on it which is sad because she went through no training and it was her first day clearly that’s bad for the business the company and its customers. I frequent the Jersey Mike’s in Barnegat New Jersey and they are absolutely incredible friendly trained and the sandwich is worth every bit of $10 they charge for a regular size considering Oneonta doesn’t have many options they sure as hell don’t cater to their customers the way they should. Walk in and greeted by a very friendly individual. Asked me what I wanted and I wanted a mikes Philly. “Currently done with steak for the day”, I’m like okay so ordered a roast beef. I look and they’re cooking steak on the flattop. Roast beef wasn’t good, bread was stale. Don’t recommend.

Very disappointed in jersey Mike’s in Oneonta N.Y. sub shop with no lettuce for sandwiches, to busy to cut some up. Apparently they couldn’t clean up either. High prices and dirty.

This sub shop did not disappoint in any way. Even tho it’s a chain it was so much better than Subway for an authentic sub shop taste meat and cheese is sliced to order and the sub sauce was good as well. It’s a bit pricey but the sub was packed and well worth it. First time here in Oneonta but would definitely stop in again.
