This was my first time coming here. It was initially slow when I came in and started to pick up when it came time to order. I asked the woman slicing the meat for a ham BLT, and she looked at me like a deer in headlights. She then asked if I wanted ham with bacon added, and I said that’s fine. I didn’t realize they put the meat on the bread right away and noticed she put cheese on my sandwich, something I didn’t ask for. I told the next woman I didn’t want cheese, so she told the woman who sliced the meat. That woman proceeded to have an attitude because I ‘never said I wanted cheese’ (which is mumbled), although I was never asked if I wanted it, and I never said I wanted cheese either. Everyone else seemed nice there on out, but her reaction was presumptuous and uncalled for. When I was checking out, I was waiting for a hot sandwich and they had the bag close to their side of the counter so I wasn’t sure if they wanted me to grab the bag right then and there, or wait for the rest of the food, although at this point there was a line of people behind me. It was such a weird experience, so I don’t think I’ll be back.

I will be honest and let you know that I probably driven past Jersey Mike’s more than once twice three times. Didn’t know it was there because it’s kind of set back off the road in a little mini mall so I only saw it because I was at a red light but I did go got a sandwich. It was okay but in their defense it really wasn’t an American hoagie but it wasn’t bad. I will go back to try other stuff. But yeah you get five stars for the food. Was good. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great

Quakertown store is never consistent with their sandwiches. I order from Doylestown location as well and sandwiches are always perfect. Ordered pickup and unselected lettuce and in comments wrote LIGHT LETTUCE because they always put too much on if I don’t. Also ordered with oil, vinegar and extra cheese. None of that was on the sandwich. When I called, spoke with someone who proceeded to tell me they sliced the meat and they “definitely put extra cheese”. When I tell you my sandwich had one slice of cheese on each half, that is not extra cheese. Was also told to not write my order that way because they “were confused if I wanted lettuce or not”. Yet, my phone number is listed on my order they could have easily called to clarify. Will not be going back. I order my sandwich the same way at any location and Quakertown location is the only location that can’t follow simple instructions for a sandwich.

Very good. Freshly prepared and staff was very friendly. I also noticed how clean the restaurant is overall. I recommend for a brief spot to relax and enjoy a sandwich and snacks.

Had to stand at the counter to pay for 10 mins. Walked away since nobody wanted to help me. Went back up to the counter and ask the guy making sandwiches if I could pay. He finally paid attention to me and took off his glove and took my money.

Jersey Mikes are the only hoagies I eat anymore. Made fresh to order and all the staff is friendly. Today I ordered my first catering box for a Halloween party and they were a hit! It will definitely be my new go to for party trays

No greeting. When I asked about the order that was called in for pickup, they said, “not “yet”. Terrible service. Not all employees were even in uniform. Food is fine, service needs to be addressed. Rude and extremely poor employees.

This sandwich shop is a nice alternative to the normal area fare. When you order a cold sandwich, the meats and cheese are cut fresh specifically for your order, right in front of you. Ask to have it made “Mike’s way.”
