This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s Subs. I went inside the store, it was clean ambiance very appropriate but the most important staff was professional and friendly. One of the men helped me decide what to order. I ordered #64 Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss, a giant size sub. Amazingly tasty with grilled portabella mushrooms, onions, green bell peppers with Swiss cheese. Just loved it. I’m regular at a different sub chain but I’ll definitely go back to Jersey Mike’s again.

I use to come here regularly. They have different staff every time I come. The last one I ordered online, my order was not ready after 45 minutes. Today I ordered a hot sub with double meat. Repeated to order taker. He got it. Told cashier, double meat. She rang up regular meat. Had her charge for double meat after I repeated myself. 10 minutes later, got my sandwich with regular meat. After anyone is unsure it’s double meat or not, confirmed it’s not with the original order taker who said he wrote double meat. Ow ai am waiting another 10 plus minutes to remake my sandwich. I hope that can do better. But I won’t be wasting my lunch here again wondering If I will get a sandwich or if it’s what I ordered. These are basics of a restaurant I thought.

Been using this location for a while and won’t be coming back for a while. The food is good. I’m tired of the headaches dealing with this location. Don’t ask for customizations or add-ons. You will spend extra for things you won’t get. If you order XTRA MEAT and XTRA CHEESE on a Regular, you are spending another $4.25 + tax and it’s very likely you won’t get it, or it will be on the WRONG sandwich.

This was my first ever trying Jersey Mike’s. Was greeted when walked in, which is good. I’m glad I didn’t get a hot sandwich. Staff looked young, so I opted for a basic Turkey, Ham & Cheese sandwich, I mean Sub. Basic choices of toppings, large is half of a roll, which was $10 for the price. You get 3 slices of cheese, 3 slices of meat, and 2 pieces of half of bacon. lol like what!? Sandwich was good, dont get me wrong. It’s just not worth the price at all. Oh, don’t be vegan cus cheese and meat cut on the same slicer that’s not wiped down after every use. This is definitely a one and done. I’ll stick to Subway.

I frequent this establishment on a regular basis, and just recently when I had friends of mine picking up sandwiches for me I always ask for the Italian seeded bread. Each time my friends were told that the Italian seeded bread was the cheese topped buns! I feel the employees need to know the difference and if you don’t have it, then say so! The bun, along with the ingredients of the sub, makes the sub! So give me what I asked for, and not a substitution thereof!

Very bad service although the food is great. I had ordered through Uber eats and the workers working on Friday March 24 2023 at around 1:11 PM had given my Uber driver a 2+ hour old sandwich and i had ordered a #8 club sub with a soda and had never gotten my soda. This place needs some work. (P.S. when workers are hired here they are rarely ever trained to work properly here.)
