They completely screwed up my order and had no care about fixing it when I called back. I ordered an Italian and got a Roast Beef. My son ordered a Stick Ball and got a Turkey. When I called back I felt no care for the mistake they made. Not sure if I’m ever going back again!

Customer service was very poor. The woman taking orders got the order wrong after multiple attempts. Another woman was wearing ear buds and not fully paying attention. I’m assuming the subs will be fine, but they seemed to be made haphazardly.

Kai( African American Male with twist/locs) was exceptional. He took my order, explained the menu. Was super polite and smiling. I spent $50 on 3 meals. One of my sandwiches was incorrect and he helped me correct it. I was truly impressed with his customer service. It’s had to come by workers like him.

I am so glad they finally came to the Dorf!!! Visited multiple times, a bit on the strange side for ordering and making, but LOVE the sauce and the sandwich was excellent!!!! Hubby said the cheese steak was bland and had no flavor, so back to the old faithful of the ham and turkey and bacon!!!

If I could choose no stars I would! What’s bad, ordering your food and get home and it’s wrong! What’s worse, calling the AH’s and no one picks up the phone. First, I love the Jersey Mike’s subs… they’re always good. I have been ordering delivery from the LaPlata location since they first opened, and when this location opened, they automatically became the default delivery option because they are closer to my home.

I ordered via the application. I was told my food would be ready I’m 15 minutes. I waited an hour. The tables were dirty food was on the floor. My food did taste good, however. Perhaps the issues is that they don’t have enough employees?

My first experience with this fairly new, a few months, establishment, stinks. My sandwich, chicken cheese steak wrap had no tomato, which comes with it, and a ton of lettuce and mayo. Also ordered two subs. Nothing was cut in half on request. I won’t be back. Subway and Jimmy Johns does way better. Their online ordering is great and easy but evidently whoever gets the orders doesn’t read well. Also, they say 15 minutes but far from it. More like 30 minutes. My sub eaters liked theirs but I don’t like mine.
