This branch of Jersey Mike’s on Shady Grove is second to none. The atmosphere at this location, along with the service and consistent food taste/quantity, is perfect. The manager provided the flexibility to ensure that we were satisfied and happy with our dinner meal. We will return continuously.

I already love Jersey Mike’s so this isn’t a review of their products or menu, only of this specific location. I visited for the first time on Sunday afternoon and you’d think I had walked into the flagship location where they film all the JM commercials. It was clean (spotless), all the tables and chairs were lined up and pushed in, and all the chips, napkins, straws, cookies etc were all fully stocked. I had three employees working on my order, all friendly and competent and communicating amongst themselves to make sure my sandwich was made right. This has easily become my new favorite location, will come back soon.

Went to get JM for the first time in a couple years. Used to go to the one in Olney and loved it there. The staff were uninterested in serving us when we walked up to the counter, and barely spoke to us. The music was very loud, which I don’t have a problem with, but then the staff spoke so quietly and seemed like it was our fault that it was difficult to hear them or us. The staff completely squished our sandwiches, and one was notably smaller then the other despite both of us ordering the same size and bread.

The only good experience was paying at the register. This staff member was polite and friendly. The staff member making the the sandwiches, pretended to being an idiot. Customer service was not in his training. After finishing the last Customers sandwiches, he walked past me waiting at the ordering station and started making some more sandwiches. Only Customer in the store were my grandson and myself. After waiting and watching him ignored us, I asked him if he was making sandwiches for walk-in Customers. He says what, and I repeat the sentence. He now says, he has to get a few more out. I proceeded to leave and he asks us what did we want to order. I ordered a” regular roast beef, mikes way” and a ” giant Italian, mikes way” . Do you know, he made another sandwich, not mine and asked for my order again. He then tries to make our order and asks four more times, which is giant and which was regular. My grandson walks away, because this staff member treated us, so poorly. I extended more patience and finally paid and left. Another customer entered the store. The idiot was more attentive to his next victim. This location did not feel like a real “Jersey Mikes Subs”

First time at this new location. I want to start off by saying Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sandwich chain being that I’m from New Jersey but I’m a little disappointed with my experience at this location. I placed an online order for a #8 mike’s way with an addition of dill pickles. However, the sub I received did not have pickles or the olive oil blend and red wine vinegar on it like it’s specified when you order it mike’s way.
