The food is pretty good. It is better if you go in and order so you can watch them make it and guide them through. The service is adequate. My biggest complaint is how loud it is. The music is obnoxiously loud which then makes the staff & customers shout in order to be heard. Go for the food but bring some earplugs.

The restaurant smelled incredibly delicious. Sadly, however, the sandwiches did not match the smell. They were good sandwiches, but based on the incredible aromas, they should have been awesome. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice, but I was taking the food to go and yet was asked to tip, as well. I tip (well, minimum $15) when the food is brought to me at home, and I tip (well, minimum 25%) when I’m sitting in a restaurant being served. But tipping a Jersey Mike’s employee while I stand and wait is similar to tipping the guy at the Safeway Deli, the checkout person at Target, or one’s pharmacist. I don’t like that. It’s overreaching and I don’t like being put in that position. It’s similar to the public demand for check-out donations for which I have no idea to whom the money is going. Let’s stop nickel and diming customers, make the food with a smile, and otherwise shut up. Thank you.
