Absolutely horrible. Paid over $50 for Italian cold cuts. It was dry and flavorless. No oil, vinger or seasonings. Just lettuce and tomatoes. Wrapping was 1/2 wrapped. Roll was dried out with nothing on it for moisture. Weren’t even labeled so all subs had to be opened. Slow people taking forever just to wrap it. I don’t recommend.

Very disorganized, not friendly staff and cleaning standards need to be improved. 3 people in line behind me payed and left before my small sub was started …how does that work ? The team is very disorganized behind the counter , there does not seem to be a clear direction as to what needs to be done and who’s working what station. Not to mention sandwiches are being placed directly onto the counter where we sign credit cards receipts and then being wrapped by the association just took my payment, she did not put gloves on or take a moment to wash her hands before wrapping my food.

Delicious Pentiful Great recommendation from employees on duty. The young lady could have caused this review to be 1 star less. I decided to not let one unfriendly soul ruin something that is dynamic. Welcome to the area. Strive to maintain a good reputation and be a strong force to this area with quality product and service. I would purchase again. I don’t eat cold lunch meat sandwiches, however impressive . It was very good. Establishment clean. Great customer service. I would frequent again.

I absolutely love their subs. My mom who don’t really get into subs raves over the chicken philly steak sub. My son who has never eaten a sub because he’s super picky now constantly wants veggie sub from there. N me…..love the food.

Hi. I went to jersey mike’s subs today. I bought buffalo chicken sub. The employees were very judgemental towards me. I took the sub home, thinking I am never going to come here. I open the sub wrapper. There is barely chicken in it, and it doesn’t even taste like buffalo chicken. This is one of my worst experiences in a fast food restaurant.

Great sub! Ordered online and sub was ready a few mins earlier than it said that’s great. The inside of the sandwich was amazing. Got the regular Italian – sooo good! The people inside were nice and friendly. My reason for 3 and not 5 stars is the bread – I ate my sub within 2 mins of it being made but the bread kinda fell apart , I guess it was a little dry , it didn’t taste stale but maybe was a lil old. It falling apart made it hard to eat and a little less enjoyable although the combo of meats and oil/vinegar etc was just right and I didn’t make customizations, just ordered what was on the menu. The bread was not so great. But it’s been years since I’ve had Jersey Mikes and don’t remember the bread being an issue so it was prob just a fluke bad roll. Overall a great sub for the price.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager accused me of stealing an order I already paid for and tipped $6 for. It’s also in the manner of which he said it. Never in My life have I ever had this happen at any location or another business. Absolutely disgusted with his approach and the way he Carried himself . Wish there was a way where you could tip after placing an online order… I basically tipped him to embarrass me !!!!! Gross !!! Do better !!

The employees kinda seemed like they didn’t want to be there and when speaking seemed a little short with me. But the food was great overall! I got a chicken bacon ranch but it was missing the lettuce. My girlfriend got a regular cheesesteak with just lettuce, mayo, tomato, and white American cheese. But again it was missing lettuce :(. Would recommend as long as they give you your lettuce lol.
