We had been wanting to try out Jersey Mikes for a while and finally found ourselves near one at lunchtime. My Italian sub was very good–and I liked that they have 3 sizes as the “mini” was plenty big for me. However, I was sad that they didn’t have the option of toasting the bread/heating the sub. I don’t really care for cold sandwiches.

Order from this Jersey Mikes fairly often, but will not be doing so anymore. Their quality has been slipping in regards to orders being correct and proper. The latest issue was ordering online and receiving a completely different sandwich. After calling the store, they informed us there was nothing they could do and referred us to the manager, who we called. She said she was not going to refund the sandwich because it was incorrect. The sandwich plus processing, delivery, and tip was well over $15. She continued to explain that she had new staff and was requiring to refund a number of orders recently. I hate to sound harsh, but I missed the part where that is my problem?

All I could get to feed my family from this establishment was the brown paper on windows. They didn’t even have the famous red chili paste to flavor it with. Disappointed! Will bring my own peppers next time I am craving a “for lease” sign and window coverings.

Love it! Fast convince place to grab a sandwich. Most importantly, it dam good! If you are looking for a quick bite to eat and you are on the go. I strongly recommend this place! New favorite for lunch near office(this week ). Bread has a slight crust on outside and is super soft inside. Meat and toppings are incredibly fresh and tasty! Haven’t had one that wasn’t well-made.

Stopped by today, and all the windows are covered in brown paper and all the window decals are gone. Looks like it’s either closed or will be doing some renovations. While it was open service here has always been hit or miss. I’ve had both great service and terrible service.

Jersey Mike’s Fairfax Rock! I have been coming to this location for 4 years now. It’s a very clean and friendly location. The manager Kayla has amazing customer service. She always greets everyone with a big smile while saying welcome to Jersey Mike’s! The best sub place in the area…. Keep up the great work as I will be a forever customer of this location.

Al three staff members were unfriendly and uninterested. The sub was tasteless – dry, cold bread for a supposedly “hot” steak and cheese and over-cooked meat. Would not recommend and will not be going back – ever.

A great experience tonight ordering 5 sandwiches for my family at Jersey Mike’s in Fairfax! The two young men working the counter were fantastic representatives of the company. One was cleaning surfaces when I came in – good first impression. They both wore the appropriate COVID and sanitation precautions. They were both very polite and professional with their customer interactions, and most importantly are sandwich maestros! Everyone enjoyed their dinners tonight because they prepared each order accurately and the food tasted fresh!

Great food, from the cold Italian to the hot steak and cheese. Real meat products!! Nothing like subway (they suck). You get what you pay for when it comes to portions. Who doesnt want a 15 inch sub for two?? Awesome employees!
