Stopped by the Jersey Mike’s Sub in Gloucester, VA this evening. In total honesty I walked into the store at 8:50 p.m., and they close at 9:00 p.m., I was expecting a have hearted effort since it was 10 minutes before closing. Yet, I was “knocked off my feet” with the amazing customer service experience I received. I was quick to order so as not to delay the store closing and tired employees leaving late due to a last minute customer. I received a welcome that I will never forget. The lady making my sandwich was professional, friendly and courteous. She got me in/out within 5 minutes. Thank you to the late evening crew for making me smile after a long day with your smiles and freshly made Jersey Mike’s sub! You ladies ROCK!

Their subs are very good! I just wish they would put more meat on them for the price… The cost for 3 subs, 3 chips and 3 drinks was over $50, and yes we all got extra meat. Because they just don’t give you enough, but that’s just my personal opinion!

Every time we come here they make something wrong, like getting a sub instead of a wrap or putting something we asked to remove on, it’s small things sure but they do this every time we order, I just think the staff needs to pay closer attention or communicate with each other better. 🙁
