I got the Original Italian: provolone, ham, prosciutto, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. The sub was good. I liked the red wine vinegar since I have a preference for sour flavor. I was not a fan of the bread, too soft and fell flat in a sense.

I ordered a chicken big Kahana tonight (2/28/2022). When I got home it was a Philly beef cheesesteak. I called the restaurant but I guess since they were closing in 10mins they would not answer the phone. I will call tomorrow and request the sandwich I ordered. When I placed order it was only my sister and I in the restaurant so how can you mess up that order. Very frustrated as I just got in from a 10 hour road trip from FL.

The girl with blue or green hair who was in the middle only asked if I wanted my sandwich Mike’s Way. Did not ask if I wanted anything else. Then she drowned my poor sub in Red Wine Vinegar and Oil. It was so bad you saw puddles of the Red Wine Vinegar and Oil all over the board. I never seen a person use so much of it. She could of used all of it that was running off sub for another regular sub and have some left over. She asked if I wanted Mike’s Way when I was paying for it instead of asking when I was standing in front of her. The man and other woman was friendly and nice. The one that drowned my poor sandwich needs some serious customer service training and please let her know she can move. She just stood there like she was something special and everyone had to walk to her. Please give her more training

I just don’t understand why they wear gloves. They literally touch the register, shred cheese, write down orders, clean and make your food with the same gloves. There has to be a better system! This is gross and unexceptionable! Oh and parking sucks’

First time here! Great Subs! I had the Italian on wheat and it was really good! Wife had Tuna on Wheat and said it was very good, but Tuna was a tad dry and could have had a tad more mayo added to the mix!!

First time visiting Jersey Mike’s and while the sub was good, everything else was not. There were 7 people working and 4 customers. No one seemed to have any clear idea of what order was being worked. My BLT sub was made in about 5 mins and then sat on the counter while we waited about 20 minutes for my husband’s sub. The other three customers were visibly angry with one man actually getting nasty with the workers. That was uncalled for, but I do understand his frustration. I try to be fair with my reviews especially towards service workers right now, but they had plenty of staff. My sub was good despite the bread turning soggy due to how long it sat. We will probably give this location another shot. If you go here, just be prepared to wait.
