Ordered two regular subs. Was given one regular and one mini. There is always something wrong with this location. They take longer than any other location to make the food and then never answer the phone and if you do get an answer once in a blue moon they have attitude about the order they messed up and ask “what do you want me to do about that”

Was excited Lexington was getting another sub option besides Subway, but my experience here has been very frustrating. I ordered a regular Italian sub and with all the online orders going on I didn’t realize it but they made me a giant. I told them I ordered a regular and the young employee shrugged it off and said sorry what do you want on it? I assumed he would charge me for a regular. He rung me up for a giant and said sorry about the mistake. I figured I’d give them another try tonight and ordered a regular Italian again. They barely put any meat in the sandwich. $11 for a sandwich with barely any meat in it and still hungry. Will not be coming back to this location and probably Jersey Mikes anywhere. Not paying $16 at a sandwich shop to be full.

I really like Jersey Mike’s but I have to be honest with my review. Last Thursday evening around 6:45 p.m. I put in an order via their app. It said my order would be done at 7 p.m. I arrived at 7:05 and they were in the process of making my sandwiches. Not a problem, I felt it was close enough. Unfortunately, it took them an additional 15 minutes after I arrived to finish my sandwiches and a few of them weren’t correct. One was supposed to be toasted and when I told the girl making them she looked at the receipt and apologized, she said the special instructions was in fine print and didn’t see it. She did offer to toast it after the mayo was already on it but at this point it was already close to 45 min since I placed my order so I told her to forget it. I ask if our names were on the sandwiches (the app ask you to put the name for each sandwich) she said no and the other guy that was helping asked her ” Do we have to put the names on the sandwiches?”. She did end up putting the name on the sandwiches but unfortunately when we got home the sandwiches are labeled wrong. Not a big deal really but don’t offer if you’re not going to use it. Probably will not go back to this location. I’ll just make my own sandwiches, I’ll be a lot faster. I do feel they deserve at least 3 stars because they were nice and the sandwiches were made correctly other than the one not being toasted.

The cheese steaks we had were food my wife wanted her meat season more. I liked it, was hot and fresh the only thing I didn’t like was the bread started to rip and the meat fell out on one side of the sub. I gave it a 7 out of 10.

This place would of received 5 stars, but they gave me the wrong food. I was in the mood to have a giant Buffalo chicken sandwich, what I got was a chicken bacon ranch. Good sandwich, but that’s what I didn’t want. FYI have someone inspect every sandwich before it goes out.

Me and my son went in around 8:40pm to order and we was told they was closed which they don’t close until 9pm. I questioned why and we was told they had students working and had to get them off the clock. Now keep in mind this is on a Friday. Definitely won’t be going back.
