Eaten at Jersey Mikes for years and usually love it. I should have read the reviews for this location. Wow this is possibly the worst screwed up order I have ever received while still getting two sandwiches. I asked for no mayo, spicy mustard, light tomatoes, pepper relish and banana peppers. Got mayo, honey mustard and lettuce with nothing else. Light on the meat and soggy from the amount of condiments used. Wife asked for no onions and pepper relish. Got onions and no pepper relish. The order was so far off ours that we checked the bag to make sure we didn’t get someone else’s food. Only good thing I can say is that they were heavy with the wife’s meat, which somehow made my sandwich all the more sad.

Disappointed over employees not reading directions ! I simply asked for light spicy mustard and light banana peppers ! Why did the employee flood my sand which with both that I can’t even enjoy the sandwich, I can’t taste the bread, the turkey, the bacon or the seasoning, all I literally taste is spicy mustard and banana peppers . SMH, if you want to order from this location, make sure you order it in person and not online..

I’m a Jersey Mike’s fan. The one near my office in NE Raleigh is a weekly go-to and i have my assistant use their catering options all the time. I don’t think I’ve hit up a Subway in years, but I swear, the evening crew here must be sniffing glue. They can’t get an order correct. You call up there about the order after you get home, and no one answers. My last 3 times here, including tonight, have been wrong. Not a big order. Not a complicated order. A #2 in a wrap and a Philly. Staff came to the window 3x asking what I’d ordered. Tried to charge me twice. Insisted before I left that the order was correct. Got all the way home, and it’s wrong again. I get it. Staffing is hard to come by. But it’s not assembling a rocket. It’s supposed to be a quality sandwich shop. My wife likes what she likes. She doesn’t want anything other than what she asked me to get her. I don’t like coming home with the wrong order. Get it together, guys.

I do NOT like writing bad reviews, but this is necessary. We usually frequent this location, but after today I’m done. Placed a mobile order and tried to go through the drive through so I didn’t need to get my son out of his car seat and that was closed. Went inside and got my order and hardly any of the fountain drinks were working. No tea either. Didn’t offer me a bottle option. They also forgot one of my subs in the bag and I had to go back and ask for it. The employees seems super annoyed and don’t wanna be there. Well I don’t either so won’t be back.

I went to this location after work today. I am sorely disappointed and will be going to a different Jersey Mike’s the next time I go. I ordered one sub and two chips through the drive through. The lady cut me off twice trying to get me to pull around like I was done with my order. I asked for rosemary bread, I was given white. I asked for two bags of sunchips I was given sea salt chips. And the attitude from the people work after we got our food and said it was wrong was just really unsettling. There was no care in the world and they acted like we were a problem. Save yourself some time drive ten minutes to the other Jersey Mike’s.
