Horrible…Horrible….Horrible…I purchased a couple Philly steak and cheese sub from here tonight and it was the worst my children said they have ever had from a Jersey Mike’s. The girl cooking surely need to be trained how to prepare a Philly Steak. I want be back to this location.

Normally, I keep reviews short and sweet, however, with this review there is much to be said under the circumstances, so I will do my best. We decided to stop in and pick-up lunch at Jersey Mikes, and the employees behind the counter appeared friendly enough, at least, until we stepped up to the counter. One looked like he could have been a manager, but more than anything he looked like he didn’t want to be there serving us. My fiance was already joking with people in the line, so he tried to joke a little with the guy, but the employee kept his stale attitude towards us. He even showed some agitation with his co-worker next to him (short black female who may have been new to the job), so we let the incident pass because we both work in customer service and understand that everyone has a bad day on occasion. We left and talked about it on the way home and let it go. Then we received a coupon in our welcome packet for Jersey Mikes and one from my employer, so we have been there multiple times within the past month or so. Well, today was the last straw for me and I figure they will be happy not to see my brown-skin again. My fiance went to pick up lunch for us while I was at work and because I am very particular about my food, he held the phone up so that the female making my sandwich could hear my request. Needless to say, when I received my hoagie, I had to take it apart and remake it at home. Not happy. I am a firm believer of not spending my money where I am not wanted, so I will be sure not to return to that Jersey Mikes in the future. At least 3 different employees in that location have made us feel as though we did not belong and that is fine with me. I will take my green money elsewhere and share my experience with my brown and black friends. I gave one star because that was the only way to complete this post. I have worked in customer service for many, many years and ALL people matter.

I generally get good service at Jersey Mike’s franchises (or whatever they are) but this one is exceptional. The young man who made my order tonight I think has a short ponytail. I’ve gotten his service before and he is just wonderful. He’s efficient and thoughtful to customers and helpful to his teammates but it’s obvious that it’s just in a day’s work for him and how he does things. He asked the guy behind me if he ordered gluten free bread because it was an allergy so he could be sure to clean the space properly if needed. I also see the other employees always helping out and working well including being friendly and patient with people’s orders. The food is always good, reliable, and the way I like it. The dining room is always clean.

Love this Jersey Mike’s location! Whether I order on the app or go into the restaurant, the subs are accurate and the ingredients are fresh. When I visited this evening (around 8 pm), they were out of the bread I would have gotten (understandable), so I tried a new-to-me bread and it was one of the best subs I’ve had! The employees are so kind and helpful too. I appreciate that this location is so reliable. Many thanks for being awesome!

They really know how to make a sub here! The meat is freshly sliced and they put plenty of meat on the sandwiches. They have different size subs for everyone, but I am really impressed with the size of the large ones because these are huge, tasty, meaty subs. They are awesome.
