I placed an online order from work as usual. I was in hurry and accidentally ordered a chicken Philly sandwich instead of cheesesteak like I usually get. When I picked up food and realized what happened I told employees. They were very rude and basically told me tough, that’s what you ordered. I can’t stand chicken of any sort. I’m a single mom with a very tight budget. I had to eat it because I couldn’t afford the correct sandwich. I eat there alot because I work next door. I have to say I probably will not order there again. I also had to throw out sandwich because it was terrible.

I made an online order at approximately 8:22 p.m. The app told me my order would be available at 8:37 p.m. I arrived on time. Upon arrival, many people were lined up. I expected to get my order. I did not. After waiting until 8:50 p.m. and all 10 walk-in customers had left and received their order, I was told that they had no white bread. I immediately asked to cancel the order. It took them fifteen minutes to cancel my order. The teenage girl had to call the manager, who I am sure is supposed to be present. The employees are incompetent and need more training. Aren’t the employees supposed to have someone oversee them to ensure things are going smoothly? What a mess! I will never return to this particular establishment again.

The music was so loud I had to repeat myself three times. Plus, she wasn’t paying attention. The sandwich was the worst Jersey Mike’s sub I’ve ever had. The place was dirty from floor to ceiling. First and last time I’ll visit. The one on Timber has never disappointed me. I’ll always be a Jersey Mike’s customer, just not this one. Whoever the manager is doesn’t care. And whoever the owner is doesn’t care. So why should I?

“Manager” Lorenzo was absolutely horrible! Tone was very nasty. My food was delivered and I called and told them part of my order was missing and needed replacement or even a refund. He yelled and went back and forth and hung up on me. I called back, another employee answered he told her to hang up. I called again for another employee to answer. She stated he said he did a refund. There’s no refund.

I grew up in Jersey eating at Mike’s Sub shop on Hamilton Street in Franklin and they have always been the best when it comes to subs so although I had the worst experience ever at the one on Timber Dr, we found another one in White Oak. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was friendly and courteous, and they smiled at everyone who walk through the door Thank you White Oak for making it possible for Mike’s to remain my life long favorite sub shop.

got my #66 portabella cheese steak sandwich home and unwrapped it to find ZERO steak. Just bread, cheese, mushrooms and onions. what a ripoff for a $15 meal!! they take it in the back to make it, so you have no clue what you’re going to get apparently.

This place is terrible. My first and last time there. There are just a bunch of clowns not paying attention to what they are doing putting the wrong stuff on your sandwich and ringing up your orders wrong. I love Jersey Mike’s, but this location sucks!

I just want to get what I order. I know they will be light on the sauce so I ask for extra sauce… I believe I got less than normal. Last time ordering delivery. In order to get your order correct you need to be at the location. I don’t understand the fail when it comes to the basics. There are many reviews about deliver order issues. Management needs to address delivery quality issues.

Came in to eat, but had to leave… The place was filthy… Behind the counter had garbage and food piled high all over the floor like a rug, obviously not swept for a very long time~The counter where they prepare the food was spilling things in the bins from one to the, with crumbs and pieces of food everywhere… BTW, it wasn’t busy!, so there was no excuse! I love Jersey Mikes, but I highly suggest you find one in another area because the one in Garner is gross!!

A very young staff but every one was working to keep line moving. Glad to see young people working. 15 and two 16 yr olds. 8 to 30 hrs glad to see them making money. Food was good also. Restaurants are restaurants if I wanted to not pick them I would just make stuff at home. Go check them out.
