Terrible. Staff preparing food wear no hair nets/ covering which i know is health and sanitation violation code. The food preparation area is nasty and one employee had her own personal food out on the serving counter and was eating while customers being served. The state board will be contacted regarding this store’s lack of regard for safe sanitation practices. If you value your health, stay away from this location!

I was a Walk-In to Order a Cheese Steak with custom requirements. The chef verbally confirmed my customization (No Peppers or Onions) They staff was efficient and very friendly. They engaged in friendly banter while I waited for my steak, which always takes a bit longer since they are cooked to order.

Jersey Mikes has the best subs but this location always has the best quality sandwiches. The bread, meat, amount of toppings – consistently good! And the staff is always friendly!

Order food online showed up at the designated time and still waited 20 minutes. Meanwhile, watched multiple people pass me that were walk-ins. I ordered a basic sub nothing hot. I also mentioned that I had arrive to two separate people and still no urgency to help.

Grew up with the original JMs. This isn’t even close to the quality expected. It took so long to make the my sub that the bottom half of the bread was soggy before I even got handed the sandwich. Dirty prep areas, staff putting condiments that were on sandwiches back into the container if they use too much etc.

Probably one of the worse Jersey Mike experiences we ever had. The lady that asked for our order and actually sliced the cold cuts talked underneath her breath—you could not understand one word she was saying. Customers before/after us had the same experience. Posters/advertising taped all over the glass prevented you from visually seeing the sandwich toppings. At the end of the prep line, you had someone yelling out our order at us and to those applying the toppings. My wife was asked 3X if gluten free bread was a diet restriction or a personal preference as if that should matter. Once we got home, we discovered the sandwich bread was saturated in mayonnaise and pickle juice—-the sandwich was a mess! If you enjoy Jersey Mikes subs, highly recommend you select another location!

I went here in August and ordered a regular #13. The staff made it a mini, and when I said something to them about it, they argued with me and insisted it was a regular. I left and complained to corporate, who sent me an email saying the operator will be forwarded my complaint and will reach out, who never did.

Had the italian combo. Very good. Service was excellent. A little pricey, can get a competitors sub combo for a few $ less and get a a slightly larger sandwhich. Admittedly tye deli meat isn’t fresh sliced but…
